Immortal Beloved (1994)

Trivia: Countess Erdody is shown to be playing the violin which is inaccurate as she never did, and a disability (which is also not shown) prevented this. She was however a very able pianist.

True Lies (1994)

Continuity mistake: When the terrorists burst in on Jamie and Arnie in the hotel room, the positions of Arnie's hands change between shots. Once going from being by his side to one being behind his head instantly. (01:26:25)

True Lies (1994)

Continuity mistake: When Harry and Gib are interrogating Harry's wife, she says a line "I don't give a s**t if you understand that or not," and the shot is a close up of her on the heat screen. Notice that her head is tilted down. However, when the shot cuts to the wider angle you can see the heat monitor and her head is instantly at a more upright angle without time for her to move. Quills (2000)

Factual error: In one of his first appearances, Proulx the Architect is using a modern pen on a pad of paper when taking notes.

The Pianist (2002)

Continuity mistake: There is a scene where the Nazis are executing some fighters after destroying their stronghold, and they line them up facing a brick wall. If you look one of them is kneeling down when they get shot, and the bullet line across the wall would not have hit her, especially as she seems to go down before she's even hit.

Under Siege (1992)

Revealing mistake: When Seagal kills Tommy Lee Jones, he either sticks the knife into his head or smacks him on the top of his head with his fist (it's not that clear). But what appears to be clear is that this is in fact a dummy head or a stunt double - it looks very unlike Lee Jones.

The Human Stain (2003)

Continuity mistake: In the flashback when the young Coleman Silk is having lunch with his mother and Steena Paulsson, the beans on his mother's fork disappear between shots and the fork itself changes position. (01:06:15)

Dumb and Dumber (1994)

Continuity mistake: There is a scene just after Lloyd meets Beth in the bar when Mary is skiing along and looks around for Harry who is still stuck on the ski lift. The shot is comprised of a long shot of her skiing to a grey marker and then a close up of her stopping and looking around. It is obvious in the shot when she comes up to the marker that the woman on the skis has much darker hair than Mary and is her "ski double". (01:13:20)

Dumb and Dumber (1994)

Continuity mistake: When Mary and Harry are talking about the "Bull-Shit" there is a shot of Mary close up where she is laughing and smiling. Look behind her and you will see a woman in a black and gold glittery dress walk past. Then when the shot changes to both Mary and Harry together the woman is instantly 3 or 4 feet in front of where she was and seems to be engaged in a conversation with someone else already - instantly. Dumb and Dumber (1994)

Continuity mistake: When Lloyd is driving Mary to the airport, at one point he says "What's the matter, nervous about the flight?" When he says this look at the white van in the rear window, it's right up next to the limo. However when the shot cuts to Mary it's already several meters behind them despite the very slow movement the limo has made. (00:04:30)

Crocodile Dundee (1986)

Factual error: Not only do we have to question why the croc doesn't just pull the woman into the water, which is covered by another mistake. But, why does the strap on the canteen not break during this scene as well - it's probably got about 1500 pounds pulling on it.

I.Q. (1994)

Factual error: The comet is seen to move rapidly across the sky. This in actuality never happens as they are so far away. The speed shown in the film is more appropriate for a shooting star.

Continuity mistake: When they show the wedding invitation at the start of the film, Annie's name is shown to be "Anne Elizabeth Banks" and yet in the first film during the wedding she is presented as "Anne Catherine Banks".

David Mercier

Revealing mistake: This film has the old movie trait of Nazis having German accents rather than actually speaking in German, which is fair enough as they take up the majority of the screen time. However, not everyone adheres to this rule and there are many characters, minor and major who slip in and out of accents, and many never have them at all.

The Last Samurai (2003)

Audio problem: In the scene where Algren is talking to Katsumoto about General Custer, there is a shot from behind Katsumoto's head and it is clear that he is talking and yet his mouth isn't moving.

A Touch of Class - S1-E1

Audio problem: Throughout the episode the picture Basil is distracted from putting up has no glass covering on it. However, when he smashes it at the end you can hear the distinct sound of glass breaking. (00:29:35)

Suggested correction: The sound isn't glass as you can see just as he goes to smash the picture there is no glass on the picture.
