Continuity mistake: Before Ava walks into Henry's office, there are close-ups of the TV, and there are six large books lying beside the TV. The top three books do not have their binding facing out, but when Ava walks in, all the books have their binding facing out except the top one.

Continuity mistake: When Ava goes to Henry's office to bring him the files, he stands in front of the TV after she makes a crack about it. In the shot facing him, he's holding the files with his right hand and turning off the TV with his left hand, but in the next side shot, it's vice versa.
