Flux: Chapter One - The Halloween Apocalypse - S13-E1
Continuity mistake: At the very start, when Yaz says, "Oh yeah, we are totally in command," just as it begins to zoom out, the handcuff around Yaz's right wrist has the double bar facing out and her left wrist has the single bar facing out, but in following shots both handcuffs are facing the same way. Similarly, this occurs with the Doctor's handcuffs around both wrists, when the Doctor keeps trying the voice recognition. (00:00:10)

Continuity mistake: While the Doctor, et al. Are in the pyramid with the Monks, when the Monk tells the Secretary General that if his consent isn't pure it will kill him, Xiaolian is standing right behind him in shots facing the Secretary General and shots facing the Monk, but in the one shot of the Secretary General as he's being vaporized Xiaolian has vanished, but Xiaolian is still standing in the same spot in the shot facing the Monk. The Pyramid at the End of the World - S10-E8
Continuity mistake: When the Doctor, Bill, Nardole, et al. first see the pyramid their long shadows are cast directly in front of them, but when the Doctor decides to "bring it" and crosses the barrier, their long shadows are cast directly to their right. Then it keeps changing in the following shots when the Doctor approaches the pyramid. (00:10:45)

Continuity mistake: When Erica's eyeglasses get smashed, they're seen in a closeup inside her bag and the lens frame is cracked, but when she takes it out of her bag both lens frames are intact around the broken lenses. Also, when Erica takes the eyeglasses out of her bag she holds the eyeglasses' right temple in the closeup, but in the next shot it's the left temple being held up. (00:06:15)

Continuity mistake: When Clara takes Rigsy's chronolock, in the closeup of the tattoo Clara's lifting her hair with her right hand and showing the tattoo with her left hand, but in the next front-facing shot her hands have switched, she's holding up her hair with her left hand and showing the tattoo with her right hand. Continuity mistake: Missy's cameo brooch is unpinned and hanging askew when she vaporizes Osgood, but the brooch rights itself and is pinned properly when Missy steps on Osgood's eyeglasses. (00:23:00)

Continuity mistake: When Bill walks out of the TARDIS, her teddy bear is lying in the box she's carrying with its head to Bill's right. In the next shot from behind Bill as she sets the box down on the ground, the teddy is suddenly lying the opposite way. (00:06:45)

Continuity mistake: When the Doctor starts writing "Time" on the chalkboard during class, the "T" is slanted, but in a following wideshot when he's completed the vertical "TARDIS" the handwriting has changed. (00:08:10)

Continuity mistake: When the Doctor and Clara are on the rooftop terrace, there's a distinctive design on the Doctor's bow tie, but when he's in the coffee shop the bow tie's design differs, and when he runs outside to ask if Clara's okay it changes back, then it changes again when he's in back the shop. Additionally, when the walking base station Doctor uploads Clara it's wearing a bow tie, and its design also changes on the motorbike and in Kizlet's office.

Continuity mistake: While Clara shouts, "I don't know where I am," over and over, the Doctor sonics his way into the house. When he kneels beside Clara, then notices the 'girl' on the stairs and stands up, in the shots facing him we can see that the young actress stands on the step facing the stairway (note her legs), with her hand at her side, but in the shots facing the girl she stands facing the door with her hand on the banister. Continuity mistake: Miss Kizlet wears a large silver brooch on her suit's right lapel in every shot of her, but after Clara notices the lights going out behind her house, when it cuts back to the office Kizlet's brooch switches to her left lapel just before it cuts back to the Doctor and Clara, and since the brooch has a distinctive design we can tell that it's a flipped shot. Continuity mistake: After the Doctor yells at Handles for putting him on the Dalek ship, the Doctor grabs him and carries the head with his right arm, then switches the head to his left arm. However, in the close-up as the Doctor asks, "What does this question mean?" we see Handles is back on the Doctor's right arm, but next shot as the phone rings, Handles is carried on the Doctor's left arm again. Continuity mistake: At the end, when the Tenth Doctor steps into his TARDIS, there are three sets of cups and saucers on the side of the bench farthest from the TARDIS, and Clara's set in the middle of the bench, but as the TARDIS fades away, there are two sets on each end of the bench. (01:14:10)

The Angels Take Manhattan - S7-E6
Continuity mistake: When they are back in the cemetery at the end, the Angel shows up right behind Rory. In the first shot facing Rory, as the camera zooms in on a close-up of the Angel, the Angel's right arm/hand is pointing straight out, and its left open hand is up in a grabbing position. After River asks where the hell it came from, in the Angel's next close-up and all subsequent close-ups, its arm/hand positions are reversed - left hand is pointing straight out and its right hand is up. Yet in every shot of the Doctor, River and Amy together, in the foreground we see the Angel's left hand is up in the grabbing position. (00:37:35)

Continuity mistake: After the Doctor brings Amy onto the TARDIS, the material of the tweed jacket he's wearing is entirely different in the close-ups of the Doctor's hands, as he's fiddling with the gears on the panel. (00:59:45)
