The Day of the Doctor - S7-E16
Continuity mistake: In this episode, I. M. Foreman's scrapyard is at the end of the alley next to Coal Hill School. In "An Unearthly Child", the scrapyard was far enough away from the school that Barbara and Ian take Ian's car to get there. Barbara also describes it to Ian as "there's a big wall on one side, houses on the other." If it was right next to the school, she would have mentioned "that scrapyard next to the school." (00:00:15)
Suggested correction: The evidence to this is merely a sign directing people to the scrapyard. This does not indicate whether or not the scrapyard in question is actually at the end of that road.
That still seems to be a point to bring up. Or better yet, "Her address is the same as the scrapyard on that sign outside the school."

Corrected entry: On screen, when Amy is blind and surrounded by Angels, the Angels move very slowly. However, in the episode "Blink", the Doctor says that Angels are faster than the eye can see. Even if they were damaged Angels, they would still move much faster than they did in the scene, as other damaged Angels were seen, and one moved about 50 metres in the blink of an eye.
Correction: The angels have fallen for the Doctor's bluff and still think that Amy can see them, so are moving carefully to avoid risking being seen.

Corrected entry: Lumic is dying and wants to gain immortality though Cyber-conversion. So why does he insist on having the entire populace converted too? To control them? But he can already control everyone through the earpods! It makes no sense.
Correction: Like many villains, he thinks he knows what's best for humanity better than they do. He believes that cyber-conversion is what the human race needs, even if they don't know it and resist the change.

Corrected entry: When the Doctor, Amy and Rory first arrive at the Minotaur prison ship, the Doctor picks up an apple and eats it without complaining, but in "The Eleventh Hour" the Doctor said he hated apples.
Correction: His tastebuds were new and adjusting from his regeneration. He could have tried them again and learned to like them.

Father's Day - S1-E8
Corrected entry: The actor who plays Rose Tyler in her mid-20s has brown eyes naturally whilst the actor who plays the baby version (in 1987) of Rose Tyler has blue eyes naturally.
Correction: Caucasian babies are almost always born with blue eyes. Eventually, they turn to the color that they'll remain for the rest of their lives. Typically within 9 months, however, it's been reported happening as late as age 2. Baby Rose is about 20 months old at this time (According to her bio at Tardis Index File, anyway), so it's possible her eyes haven't changed yet.

Corrected entry: When the Doctor and Rose are first introduced to Queen Victoria, the Doctor says, "Rose, may I present her Majesty, Queen Victoria". Rose mouths the last few words of the Doctor's dialogue.
Correction: Rose would know who Queen Victoria is. She may have realized who it was as The Doctor was telling her and mouthed it out of awe rather than mimicking an actor's lines.

The Christmas Invasion - S2-E2
Corrected entry: When the Doctor wakes up, Hariet Jones and her translator don't have to read from the electric translation device any more because the TARDIS is translating for them. But they've never been anywhere in the TARDIS.
Correction: The translation ability is comprised of equal parts of the TARDIS translation circuit and the Doctor's natural Time Lord telepathy. The ability has been explained in the original series as something that a Time Lord can share with his friends. As the Doctor regained consciousness, since he was likely expecting to be surrounded by Rose, her mum, and Mickey (friends), he could have simply shared with everyone in the area.

Corrected entry: Cassandra says that being inside a male body is an entirely new experience. But in "The End of the World", she said she was born a boy (a "gender reassignment" being presumably one his/her many cosmetic surgical procedures).
Correction: She doesn't say at what age the gender reassignment was done. Given that this is the future, her parents may have done it immediately after her birth or at such a young age that she doesn't remember anything about being a boy.
She doesn't say that being in a male body is a new experience. She says, "Ooh, I'm a man! So many parts... And hardly used!" Yes, she was born male, but given that a comment she makes in "The End of the World" implies she is at least 2,000 years old, it's been a long time since she was last in a male body. And as regards the "hardly used" comment, Cassandra can probably tell, given she has some access to the memories of the person she's possessing, that the Doctor hasn't had that body for very long.
