Revealing mistake: As Politovsky is walking up on the orange van before they ambush him, you can see one of the men walk past the left back door and can see the window on it. The window is completely covered in frost with no parts disturbed. Then after they shoot Politovsky with the rubber ball and are loading him into the back of the van, you can see the door again but now there are clear finger prints on the window in the frost from where they did previous takes of this shot in filming where the guy grabbed the door there to close it. Continuity mistake: After the workers at Project Applecore discover Doomsday's ship, Dr. Murphy and the other two stand to look at it. One is standing in front with her adjacent behind him, and the other male worker behind her on the other side. When it cuts to a far shot of Doomsday's ship, suddenly the three of them are in line standing side by side. (00:06:15)

Continuity mistake: After Tess walks in, Lex turns and begins pressing buttons on a small hand held device. There are three green lights at the top. When the angle changes, suddenly the lights are smaller and his grip on the device changes. (00:06:45)

Revealing mistake: Dr. Murphy and another male worker at Project Applecore make fun of Lex Luthor and begin laughing at their own joke. As the guy laughs, one of the squares on the side of his hard hat does not move with the rest of him. His head, hat and the other squares bounce up and down as he laughs, but that one square stays put. (00:06:10)

Continuity mistake: When Lois and Perry are arguing in his office in the beginning, you can see his many plaques on his wall. Moments later when Perry is standing in his office door way talking to Clark, you can see the same wall and corner behind him. Now there are fewer plaques and they have moved around, most noticeably the round orange one now on the other side of the corner. Also the desk with books on it under the round orange plaque vanishes. (00:03:30 - 00:04:05)

Continuity mistake: Going down the escalator, Declan decides to jump off it and slide down the metal between like a slide as he can't get around the people. During the slide, there is a jump cut to a closer angle. Between these shots, most of the people on either side of him completely change positions and location. (01:46:10)

Continuity mistake: After the Jackal shoots the cop in the subway, he grabs a girl to take hostage. Just before he grabs her, you see an old Asian man and two women walking up on his left. As the shot cuts to a front view of him as he grabs the girl, the man disappears and the two girls that were walking up are now different people with different clothes on as they run past his left side. But then after he walks a few feet, suddenly the old man and the same two girls appear again, but passing him several seconds later than they would have. (01:50:20)

Continuity mistake: When The Jackal comes out of the subway tunnel and steps onto the platform, he shoots a subway cop coming towards him. The cop falls backwards with his head pointing away from the subway tracks. In the next shot, the camera is in front of The Jackal and we can see the cop in the background with his head pointing towards the tracks now. A couple of shots later, Declan comes out of the same tunnel and checks the cop to see if he's alive, and the cop's body is back to its original position with the head pointing away from the tracks again. Continuity mistake: Declan gets a good shot off on the Jackal's leg that hits through the concrete wall. However when it cuts to the next shot the Jackal is holding a different part of his leg than where he was shot, and the hole in his pants and blood are gone. (01:49:45)

Continuity mistake: Before the Jackal attempts to assassinate the First Lady, the Chairperson calls the Surgeon General to the podium. In the shot from behind as he shakes her hand then walks up, you can see to the right there is the shadow of him and the podium, with no other shadows visible around him or near him. But then it cuts to a wide angle from in front in the crowd and the shadows are all different, with some even now behind him from the building. (01:36:25)

Continuity mistake: After The Jackal shoots Koslova, he places a pillow under her head to prop it up. Once at rest, her face is clear of any hair. It then cuts to the Jackal as he tells her about her blood being black and she has 20 minutes to live, then back to her. And now she has some strands of hair down over her left eye. (01:25:40)

Continuity mistake: As Declan is holding Koslova as she dies, her hand is on the side of his face. As she takes her last breath, you see her index and middle finger next to his ear, while her ring finger and pinkie are bent in and touching his neck. It then cuts to a shot of Declan's face as he reacts to her death, and suddenly her hand is flat on his cheek with all fingers on it, just before it drops as the life leaves her. (01:28:10)

Continuity mistake: When Witherspoon is shot in the head by The Jackal, we see a large blood splat hit the wall behind him. But later as Declan is running through the house while the FBI and paramedics are there, he runs past this same spot and now the blood splat is much closer to the corner of the wall. (01:24:30 - 01:27:00)

Continuity mistake: The Jackal kills Witherspoon, who stumbles back against the stairwell wall and is in a sitting position. He's seen behind Koslova as she's kneeling behind the couch trying to shoot the Jackal back. Witherspoon's body is then shown again after the Jackal shoots Koslova and is approaching her as she tries to crawl away. Witherspoon's body changes positions in several ways. Most notably, his head is now sitting more straight up and closer to the doorknob. His legs are bent up more with his feet now almost touching the table leg. And also the rug he is on is bunched up more, having only 1 large bump before, but now having two. (01:24:50 - 01:25:20)

Continuity mistake: At the marina, around the time the kids burn the firecrackers, the Russian Major is smoking a cigarette. In one shot it's slightly bent, then in the next it's straight. (01:08:40)

Continuity mistake: At Isabella's house, Koslova is walking with her into the kitchen as the FBI is placing her in protection. As they are walking, Koslova has nothing in her mouth and as the camera pans around, she starts to lift her right arm up to her face with her cigarette in her right hand. The camera cuts to a frontal view of her, and suddenly she has a cigarette in her mouth and is now taking it out with her left hand. (01:18:45)

Continuity mistake: During the briefing on the hood of the car, after the regatta, both Mulqueen and McMurphy change positions at the cut from wide to closeup. Mulqueen is at the side of the car in the wide shot with his arms crossed, then leaning against the car with his hands on the hood in the close up. McMurphy is about a foot behind Preston in the wide to right beside him in the closeup then back again. Also Koslova lights her cigarette twice during the scene. (01:08:20)

Continuity mistake: After Link frees Zelda from her binds, they stand next to the stalactite and talk. After Link says that kissing him is the only way to cure him of being a frog, and then Spryte says this will be good, Zelda suddenly goes from standing directly on the roots of the stalactite to beside them, and also grows much taller. Link also slides across the floor in a different position. And the color of Zelda's boots changes to an almost reddish brown. (00:12:50)

Continuity mistake: After Link and Zelda escape, a shot shows Ganon from behind and he has two tusks on the left side of his mouth when he normally only has one on each side. When it cuts to a close up of his face, it's back to how it always is. (00:14:15)

Continuity mistake: In the forest after Ganon's lair, after Link says he is glad he is not a frog any more, they stop and turn to each other. Link's mouth is closed and Zelda puts her hand up to his chest. Then it cuts to a close up and suddenly Link is smiling showing his teeth, Zelda's arm is down, and the trees behind them change.
