Continuity mistake: The game has a regular day cycle shifting from night to day and back over a length of time. If you go into some buildings like Quarantine Zones, for example, the Stuffed Turtle mission, the windows on the inside of the building will always show daylight shining through. Even if you go into the Quarantine Zone mission while it's night outside.

Continuity mistake: During the song number when Mr Weed arrives, Stewie has a solo part as he starts to backwards crawl up the stairs. In one shot, he climbs up to the third step, but when the camera changes angles he is only on the second step.

Continuity mistake: When Meg is given the note in class by Neil saying "I Want You" the letters become much smaller in the second shot as she turns to look at him.

Continuity mistake: When Stewie is thrown from the swing and lands in another little girl's stroller, the inside is suddenly much larger after Stewie lands in it when the camera changes angles to how big it was when he was flying towards it. It suddenly has enough room for Stewie to be lying beside the girl with room to spare while she is still in the center, when it was barely big enough for her alone before he landed.

Continuity mistake: When Sacagawea wakes up from her shipping container, the styrofoam popcorn comes out everywhere as she gets up. But moments before when it shows her being put into the box, there is no styrofoam, rather she's packed in with hay.

Continuity mistake: When Phil is lying in the desert and Carol shows up, she kicks one of his face balls to him named Gary. When Phil catches Gary and places his hand on him in this shot, Gary's face is pointed up towards the sky. In the very next shot, as Phil is exclaiming his name, suddenly he has Gary facing him right on. (00:17:22)

Continuity mistake: The garage door is broken at the start of the episode, dissolved partly through and falls down. Then at the party, an exterior shot shows the door fine and intact once more, but moments later when Morty is in the garage with a girl, the door is broken again.

Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie, when Josh and Holly are trying to escape in the car, a mutant is on the roof and starts melting its hand through the windshield to get at Josh. The mutant is leaning over the windshield with its hand sticking through a hole it melted in the glass. In the next shot as they round a corner, the mutant is suddenly towards the back of the roof of the car, just holding on without attacking the windshield. In the next shot, the hole is gone also from the glass. (01:25:45)

Continuity mistake: When Kumar gets out of the car to go pee, Harold pulls out his laptop. As he is leaning forward to pick it up, he is not wearing his glasses. He picks up the laptop with both hands and starts to open it, never having his hands have time to put on glasses but suddenly he has glasses on.

Continuity mistake: As Batman is walking through Arkham, he passes the Riddler's cell. Riddler leans up against the glass of his door with his hands against the glass near his face and mouth. When the angle changes to behind Riddler, suddenly his hands and arms are down more to chest level with his right hand outstretched towards the side of the door. (00:07:02)

Continuity mistake: After talking with Bullock on the roof, Batman is in his vehicle and talking to Hugo. On the screen, Hugo lifts up a glass to his mouth to take a drink, but when the camera cuts to a close up of the screen, suddenly his arm is lower, and he is once again lifting the glass to his face. Continuity mistake: As the truck is driving away with the Chicken on top waving, the ladder on the back has vanished that Peter had been hanging off moments before.

Continuity mistake: When Carver has Bond and Wai Lin in his new building after capture, he is writing their obituaries as he narrates it. The camera zooms slowly closer to Bond and Lin before cutting to a close up of Lin. Suddenly, her mouth is shut when it was partly open before, and her hair is in a slightly different position. Continuity mistake: Making his point to Peter, Brian smashes his Star Was glass on the floor which snaps Peter out of his stupor. The glass shattered into many pieces on the floor in front of Peter's chair. In the subsequent shots, the broken glass is nowhere to be seen on the floor. (00:18:02)

Continuity mistake: When Brian is holding Peter's Star Wars glass, it continually spins and changes positions in his hand between shots, with the figures painted on it being in different directions. (00:17:32)

Continuity mistake: After the kids are told Sara hung herself at the hospital, Chuck asks "what are they waiting for, let's go". Stella is bending down to pick up the book in one shot, but the angle cuts while Chuck is still saying the word "go" and suddenly he has vanished from the room as the other two start to leave.

Continuity mistake: At the ATM, when Ramona is pulling money out, you can see the reflection of a police car pull up behind her. It pulls up just as she begins to turn around and nobody is getting out in the reflection nor are lights on. But suddenly when she turns around several officers are already standing with guns trained on her and the lights on.

Stoking Rebellion - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: At the diner when Tsunoda and Retsuko are talking, Tsunoda pulls out a red phone with a white heart on it from her purse. In the close up she is pulling it out with her left hand and the phone is horizontal with the heart on its side. It then cuts to a wide angle and suddenly she's holding the phone upright with both hands.

Continuity mistake: After giving a toast for Roy at the bar, Dick and another soldier are walking along the sidewalk when they hear a car honk behind them. As they turn, some navy sailors pass them by as they turn around. The camera cuts to a different angle and suddenly the people who passed them are gone, with others much further down the sidewalk. Continuity mistake: In the flashback of how Lois' aunt helped her meet Peter, she calls for him as towel boy. A towel suddenly appears on the back of the aunt's chair when she calls for him that wasn't there before. (00:01:33)
