Bug: Mann Vs Machine/Mannhattan: This is a rare glitch, but sometimes a Samurai Demo will get stuck in the Robot spawn zone at the top where there is a ramp. His feet will be stuck in the down ramp and he will be completely unable to move or be moved. This presents a huge problem as while in the spawn zone, all robots are invulnerable and he will appear to be in a consent state of Ubercharge. The Samurai Demos are enemies that must be destroyed before progression, so one getting stuck means you must reset the wave or the match, as you will be forever stuck otherwise.

Bug: Hell Tower: After a match victory by either team and the teams are sent to hell, if a Explosive Pumpkins spell is used too close to the edge of the lava, sometimes a pumpkin will be suspended party in the air over the edge of the rocks and will look like it is stuck to the side.

Bug: Mann Vs. Machine: Often times if a player is too close to the explosion that happens when the wave is failed (meaning the robots pushed through and dropped the bomb), a player will die and the explosion will cause their ragdoll to get stuck in the ground, usually with just the head or torso protruding up from the ground. This can occasionally happen from other deaths in the MvM matches.

Bug: Often times on some doors, the shadow of a zombie or human can be seen going through the door, and sometimes walls as well.

Bug: If an NPC zombie is too close to certain obstacles, they will appear to be crouched on the ground. The Collision is just enough to cause them to not be able to make any sideways movement unless they are activated, thus they will just be crouched on the ground slowly rotating around. It is comical for a group of zombies to be doing this while occupying the same space, as they have a dog pile effect making a tower of crouched rotating zombies.

Spectraball

Bug: Towering Mountain: There is one part close to where you have to go back and forth over and over to different switches where you must jump a gap between to ledges. Often the case in this platform game, but the ledge walls in the gap form a V shape and your Spectraball can get stuck in it suspended in the air. This causes a soft lock. No amount of attempting to move, jump, or use any power up will get you out, and you must restart from a checkpoint. In this glitch also if you do not already have the achievement for 20 seconds of air time in a jump, this glitch causes you to get it.

Spectraball

Bug: Towering Mountain: towards the top of the mountain, though closer to the middle, there is a spot where a TNT box is supposed to drop down for you to use to blast your Spectraball up to the next ledge. Sometimes when you get the TNT to spawn, it will get stuck in the air just out of reach. Sometimes it will still be low enough that if you get a running start at it you can jump and still hit it. But it can also stick too high for that even and you have to restart the level, as the TNT is right at a check point so it is saves stuck in the air at the check point.

Bug: Sky Ruins: right in the beginning you come to a turbine with a large spinning fan inside. On either side is a path, one a dead end the other leading to a switch. There is a door in the wall leading to a third path which is the direction you need to go. You must hit the switch to open the door to get past, unless you exploit this glitch. If when going through the turbine and your Spectraball gets wedged between the fan blade and that door, the collision causes the door to suddenly just begin drifting off and floating through the air slowly and will just keep going. This lets you pass without hitting the switch.

Bug: Space Construct: About two thirds of the way through the map, you come to an S shaped thin blue path that has gravity lifters turned sideways along the edges at some points. The lifters there to push you off the path if you don't hit the spot just right. Sometimes when jumping over the lifters and a high speed and landing on the path, the Spectraball will suddenly become lodged into the path, stuck through it. You can not get out and have to restart from last checkpoint.

Bug: Labyrinth of Death: In the rafter like area after the beginning spawn zone, on the right side of it on the top level, there is an explodable propane tank there. Sometimes when viewing it, it will be partly stuck in the ground as if it sank through the metal.

Bug: West London: Next to the bank, there is a large fence gate that can be shut and welded. This is next to the bridge, where Crawlers spawn on top. If the gate is closed, this causes a glitch with the Crawlers as the come off the bridge, and will be on an invisible floor above the gate. They will be just walking around on nothing, hovering like sitting ducks to be shot.

Bug: Sometimes when reloading a weapon or healing yourself with the medical syringe, the ammo or health counter will increase, but your FPS view of your hands shows no animation for these actions. This is usually caused by lag, but not always.

Bug: Most notably with the M4, often times an assault rifle will be stuck unable to fire. It will act like I is firing, but just be recoiling with no bullets coming out nor the ammo count going down. You must switch weapons, then switch back to the assault rifle, then change it from semi automatic and then back to fully automatic to fix it so it can start firing again.

Bug: Foundry: Sometimes a Clot will get stuck on the railings in the cat walks above and just be hovering in mid air.

Bug: Offices: On the roof, the stair well to the right side of the building has a railing inside it. Often times a Crawler will get stuck colliding with the railing and can't go down the stairs. The crawler will sometimes even go to the end of the railing where it can get free, but then just double back and get stuck again walking into it.

Bug: Offices: On the roof, sometimes a Crawler will get stuck behind the protective fence and be unable to do anything but pace back and forth chirping. A player must go up there and shoot it through the fence to finally end the wave.

Bug: At the desk, the floor has a blurry layer to it to make things that have been knocked off the desk appear out of focus because of distance. But if an item is hanging off the desk, you can see only parts of it go blurry.

Bug: If you grab the mouse and pick it up, you can move it around and stretch it out. Looking closely with your hand positioned just right, you can see the tip of the cord is not fully connected to the mouse. There is a separation, and it is larger the faster you move.

Bug: At the reception desk, the computer mouse can be picked up. If you hold it and then flip your hand upside down, the mouse's cord will pass through your hand.

Bug: If your computer or connection lags too much on co-op mode, sometimes you will lose connection and be removed from the game back to the menu. Sometimes though, when the connection is lost, the screen just turns black with the spinning Pentagram at the bottom as a loading screen, but it just stays there. You are stuck. You have to close the game down and restart it.
