MikeH

Chosen answer: Yes, he did die when he detonated the C4. Also, he made no mistake, detonating the C4 was intentional. He saw the apes as a threat and detonated the C4 as an attempt to kill them all, even if it meant giving up his own life in the process.

Family Guy (1999)

Answer: He's insisting that he joins in on Peter and Lois having sex. Usually sex between three people would be called a "three way", but since Stewie is only a baby and hasn't fully grown up yet, he would only be a quarter of a person, which would equal up to two and a quarter people.

Casual Person

Chosen answer: It's not explained where he is. The most likely assumption is that he is probably married to Carly living somewhere. He is not in the movie because it is mainly the choice of the writers to not have him in the movie.

Question: Twice in the film, Bumblebee is shown turning around and a close up of his license plate is show, reading 900 STRA. Is this a reference to anything?

Quantom X

Chosen answer: There is no reference. 900 STRA was just the number plate of the car he adapted from.

Family Guy (1999)

Answer: The "Rachel something" Lois was referring to was Rachel Maddow. Also, Lois never said Meg looked like Rachel Maddow, she said Bonnie said she was pretty and Meg asked how it came up and Lois replied "Oh! You know, we were talking about pretty people, and I said Rachel Maddow and she kind of took the baton from there and said Meg Griffin". The joke here is that later in this scene, Meg asked who Rachel Maddow was and Lois replied "A model", however, Rachel Maddow isn't actually a model, she's a presenter, political commentator and author. Lois was just trying to get Meg to take care of Joe and Susie for the week.

Family Guy (1999)

Chosen answer: In season 11 episode 7 "Friends Without Benefits", it was revealed Meg's heart was literally born in the wrong place and ended up in her head and her heart beats were shown beating on her head. Meg just wears the hat to cover it up. As for Chris, it's pretty much just a simple character decision. The real explanation is most likely that's it's a lot easier to animate characters with a near-permanent appearance.

Question: Rapturous Rise: At the start of the level, after freeing The Thing from the ground, Captain America and The Thing have to defeat some bad guys and destroy some bushes on a wall to knock it down. After knocking it down, and continue to walk, there will be an electric gate and it will have to be disabled and there is also a huge machine gun turret there as well. How do I disable this electric gate?

Casual Person

Chosen answer: Captain America has a shield. Use his shield to deflect the blasts from the turret and it will bounce back at the turret destroying it. Left over from the turret is a piece of rubble. Switch to The Thing and have him throw the piece of rubble at the part of the wall that is glowing. This will uncover a target for Captain America to throw his shield. Switch back to Captain America and have him throw the shield at the target. The electric gate will be disarmed after this.

King Ottokar's Sceptre: Part 2 - S2-E5

Question: When Tintin and the King discover King Ottokar's scepter had been stolen, both Hector and the guards are shown to have been knocked out. Later, Tintin points out that Hector had stolen the scepter by placing it in a camera, put it next to the window and shot it out of the window using the camera. If that's how Hector managed to get the scepter out of the building, then what was it that caused Hector and the guards to get knocked out? (00:33:10 - 00:35:50)

Chosen answer: If Hector was seriously intent on removing King Ottokar's scepter from the glass cage holding it and launching it through the window with the camera, then Hector would have been forced to knock out the two guards so they would not have interfered with Hector's plan as soon as he removed the scepter from the glass. As for Hector, himself, was explained when Tintin was explaining how Hector stole the scepter. Tintin placed a twig inside the camera and it launched out of the camera. Hector would have placed the scepter inside of the camera, and would have been knocked unconscious due to the spring effect created when the scepter had been launched.

Question: When Bilbo is talking to Smaug, Smaug refers to Thorin as "Oakenshield." How would Smaug know Thorin is called that since the incident with Thorin using the log as a shield didn't occur until after the attack on Erabor?

Answer: This is stated in one of the corrections - in the movie it is hinted that Smaug has been contacted by the necromancer. If Smaug had been contacted by the necromancer, it would have given him news of what was going on in the rest of middle earth, including the fate of Thorin.

The Lego Movie (2014)

Question: When President Business is watering the town with the antidote for The Kragle, how are he and the water bucket flying above everyone?

Answer: There's not actually a reason. Don't forget, this is just played out in a father and child's imagination. The father and child are just imagining the story as they go along,.

Casual Person

Answer: According to the Star Wars Wookipedia, death sticks were a mild hallucinogen primarily sold on Outer Rim worlds, but could be found in abundance on Coruscant. Originally developed in the illegal pharmaceutical labs of CoCo Town, they were relatively cheap and were smuggled into the clubs of cities by dealers. The cilona extract offered euphoria in exchange for a horrific outcome, producing a twisted version of reality enhanced by bright colors. With each dose, the user's life was shortened, and the successive dosages took away larger chunks from a lifespan. With each successive dose, the desire for a harder reaction increased. It was thus very difficult for a youth to shake off their addiction without medical assistance. The death sticks came in two forms: Liquid form or injected.
