Trivia: The character June Harris assumes Dr. Smith's identity. The series' producers gave June the last name of Harris to honor Jonathan Harris, the actor who portrayed Dr. Smith on the original TV show. Her first name is a tribute to June Lockhart, who played Maureen Robinson.

Trivia: Audrey Hepburn's movie wardrobe was designed by the famous fashion designer, Givenchy. During the film, Peter O'Toole jokingly comments to Hepburn that the cleaning woman disguise she is to wear for the heist will, "give Givenchy a night off."

The Turning Point (1977)

Trivia: The movie's plot is a fictionalized version of ballerina Lesley Browne (who played Amelia in the film) and her real-life family. Her mother, ballerina Mirrow Brown, was close friends with fellow dancer Nora Kaye (Lesley Browne's godmother). The characters of Emma and DeeDee were based on them. Nora Kaye was married to Hollywood director/producer Herbert Ross, who directed the film. Famed dancer Gelsey Kirkland was originally cast to play Amelia, but when she dropped out, Lesley Browne was cast to play a fictionalized version of herself.

Trivia: In the Season 7 episode, "White Men Can't Kiss," D.J. refuses to kiss a student named Geena Williams in a school play because she is black. In Season 10, it's revealed that D.J. is married to that same girl.

Alien: Covenant (2017)

Trivia: When David is cutting his hair, he is singing, "The Man Who Broke the Bank at Monte Carlo." This is a reference to the film, "Lawrence of Arabia." In Alien: Prometheus, David had a fondness for that particular movie and emulated Peter O'Toole, who played T.E. Lawrence. In the movie, Lawrence sang that song while riding on a camel in the desert.

Trivia: When Ana is telling Hannah, her new assistant, what she expects of her in the job, the dialogue is taken from the 1988 film "Working Girl," starring Dakota Johnson's mother, Melanie Griffith. Ana says, "I expect you to call me Ana. I don't expect you to fetch me coffee, unless you're getting some for yourself, and the rest, we'll just make up as we go along." In "Working Girl," Melanie Griffith says, "I expect you to call me Tess. I don't expect you to fetch me coffee unless you're getting some for yourself, and the rest we'll just make up as we go along."

Star Trek Beyond (2016)

Trivia: The black eye that Jim Kirk sports at the end of the film is real. During the fight scenes between Krall and Kirk, Idris Elba (Krall) accidentally hit Chris Pine, resulting in the bruised right eye. Pine insisted on using this in the final scene to add realism.

The Godfather (1972)

Trivia: Al Pacino's real-life grandfather was born in Corleone, Sicily, the same town that the fictional Vito Corleone, Michael's father, was born in and from where he adopted the family surname. As a child, Pacino's family called him "Sonny." That is the same nickname his on-screen brother, played by James Caan, was called. Revealed by Al Pacino on The Actor's Studio.

Trivia: In the flashback scene at the beginning of Episode 4, the young Stavros Milos finds a case of money buried in the snow, next to a fence on the road where his car runs out of gas. This is the same case that Carl Showalter buried there in the 1996 Fargo movie. It was the ransom money for Jerry Lungegard's wife. Stavros apparently used it to start his grocery business.

Trivia: As Kirk, Spock, and Uhura head to the shuttle bay for their mission to Kronos to capture Khan, Sulu orders crew to prepare the vessel that was confiscated in the Mudd incident. This is a reference to Harry Mudd, a roguish character who appeared in the original Star Trek series in the episodes titled,"I, Mudd" and "Mudd's Women." Harry Mudd, played by Roger C. Carmel, was the only non-regular character to appear in more than one episode on the original Star Trek series. Carmel was slated to reprise the role in Star Trek: TNG, but he died before the episode could be filmed. (00:44:25)
