Continuity mistake: When Dumbledore has had a stand off against Umbridge regarding Sybill Trelawny, he turns to go back into the castle. When he does, there is a huge group of kids around him. When it cuts to a shot from the front, a huge gap has appeared in the kids instantly. (00:48:35)

Continuity mistake: When the Order get the brooms at the start, the height they are being held at, changes during an instant cut. Harry and Kingsley's are most noticeable. (00:09:05)

Continuity mistake: When Padfoot runs through the door at Kings Cross, it's open a fair bit (look at the top of the door to see the angle). When Harry runs through almost instantly after, it has closed a little more. (00:24:45)

Continuity mistake: When the Dementors enter the train, there is a shot from in the carriage looking out. In this shot there is a bottle of water on a shelf and it's moving. When the shot changes to show the carriage from the outside, the water is suddenly still.

Continuity mistake: When Harry is grabbed by the Hand of Glory, it grabs by his knuckles. Camera cuts to a view from behind the hand and it has moved a fair way up Harry's hand instantly. (00:15:20)

Continuity mistake: When running from Aragog, there is one quick shot of the back of the Anglea and the hole that was punched into the back window by the Whomping Willow has vanished to return only a few seconds later.

Continuity mistake: Right at the very start when Vernon grabs Harry's ankle during his escape, his grip on the ankle changes instantly. (00:09:25)

Continuity mistake: When 14k is killed by the Dreadnought, there is one shot of the tank barrel on the Dreadnought pointing straight and then lowering to face 14k's car. There is a shot then from the side of the Dreadnought speeding along with 14k's car on the trap, and the tank barrel is back facing straight ahead. The camera then cuts to a shot from in 14k's car and the barrel is now pointing down at 14k's car again. There is no time for the barrel to move that fast. (01:13:55)

Continuity mistake: During the second race the position of the bullet holes on the Tombstone constantly change. (01:13:10)

Continuity mistake: The damage to the tombstone on the Mustang in the first race is constantly changing. In one shot it shows the tombstone almost totally annihilated. A few shots later in the same race there are hardly any marks on it. (00:02:45)

Continuity mistake: Leonard is talking to Stuart at the door to his (Leonard's) apartment. Howard then comes over and slams the door in Stuart's face and Leonard has moved back about 4-ft instantly.
