Continuity mistake: At the bar, in the close-up Gracie spills ketchup on the side of the Citizen memo and the paper isn't wrinkled, but when Matthews walks in, the paper is wrinkled and stained all over. Matthews then introduces Beth to Gracie and Beth's hair at her shoulders changes throughout this scene, as does the bow on her shirt. Matthews' shirt collar changes too. (00:13:35)
Continuity mistake: When Gracie is eating the ice cream at the bar, Beth asks her "Do all the women have to wear those really masculine shoes?" and you can see Gracie's spoon empty, but in the next shot it is full of ice cream. (00:14:15)
Continuity mistake: When Gracie Hart is trying to tell Eric Matthews that she thinks she's cracked the ransom note's cryptic message, ("It's the Miss United States Pageant") you see a corsage hanging from her blazer. The appearance of the corsage is never explained and it disappears as quickly as it is shown. If you watch the movie's deleted scenes, you'll see that she attends her father's wedding ceremony, which was edited out of the final cut of the film. She wears a corsage in this scene. (00:14:45)

Continuity mistake: While planning their operation, Matthews' watch can be seen as he says, "We've got only 48 hours," and the time reads 1:50. Continuity mistake: Gracie, Matthews and the rest are planning their operation, and as Harris says, "It's a logistical nightmare," in the close-up Gracie's second blouse button is open. As she walks towards the table, it's closed. In the close-up she says, "...prelims or maybe a TV broadcast," it's open. In the next shot it's closed again. In the close-up she says, "Alright let's just suspend reality for a second and pretend I said yes..." Revealing mistake: Matthews and Gracie are walking and talking on the street when they get to the door and Matthews says, "Alright here we are," and in the next shot they're in Kathy's office. However, they were walking down E. 55th St. and the door they reach is for Lespinasse, St. Regis Hotel's fine dining restaurant. The exterior can also be seen when Vic tries to teach Gracie to glide outside of the restaurant. This shot should precede Gracie's meeting with Victor at Lespinasse, it's in the wrong place! Continuity mistake: When Grace and Eric are at Kathy's office telling her the plan, after Stan says, "Was that her?" you can see Eric taking the glass of water, but in the next shot you see the glass still on the table, with more water in it than before. (00:23:00)
Continuity mistake: Gracie and Matthews have a meeting with Kathy Morningside (Candice) and Stan Fields (Shatner) in her office to discuss Gracie's upcoming undercover work. In the 1st shot, Kathy stands up in front of a picture of a previous Miss United States and the reflection in the glass behind Kathy shows Stan, Matthews and Gracie standing up as well. Yet, in the 2nd shot, Stan who is still sitting stands up now. Then in the 3rd shot, Matthews and Gracie get up too. (00:23:20)
Revealing mistake: When Vic and Gracie are inside St. Regis Hotel's Restaurant Lespinasse, there are windows in which the view outside can be seen. The street traffic seen through the window is obviously not Manhattan and the cars are heading the wrong way down E. 55th St. The exterior of the real restaurant is seen when Vic tries to teach Gracie how to glide. Revealing mistake: During the scene when Victor (Michael Caine) tries to teach Gracie (Sandra Bullock) how to walk gracefully, look towards the back and you can easily see people behind Manhattan's street barricades watching the filming. (00:28:35)
Revealing mistake: When Gracie (Bullock) and Victor Melling (Caine) are leaving the restaurant, Victor is teaching her to walk, if you watch the people walking past them, between shots (front view and side view) you can see the same people walk by several times, in some cases in different directions. Continuity mistake: Right before Agent Hart is revealed in her new "pretty" self, you see the three other agents waiting by the side of a car waiting for her to come out of the warehouse. When you see them from the back, Matthews is leaning against the car. Music comes on and you hear the hangar door open. From the back you see Matthews stand up, you switch to a frontal view and you see him stand up again. (00:34:25)
Answer: Yes, I can speak Russian, and what they said in the movie did make sense but they spoke so horribly it was almost impossible to understand them. But it wasn't bull.
