Continuity mistake: In the final fight scene, there is a moment where Ricky punches straight through the warden's stomach and punches out through the other side. The shot then cuts to the warden for a second, but when the shot cuts again, Ricky's arm has suddenly been completely removed from the warden's stomach. No way could Ricky have removed his entire arm from the warden's stomach that quickly. (01:27:33)

Continuity mistake: When the warden begins changing into a more muscular version of himself, in one shot, he is shown with his head pointed downwards and with his eyes closed, but in the next shot, he is suddenly standing upright, with his eyes open. (01:26:37)

Continuity mistake: When the armoured guards appear, a guard holding a mace attempts to swing it at Ricky whilst he jumps from a staircase. In the shot of Ricky jumping down from the staircase, he is holding his shield so that it is positioned away from him, but in the next shot, the guard suddenly has his protective shield directly in front of him. Continuity mistake: When the assistant warden falls down the stairs whilst being confronted by the inmates, in one shot his body is rotated towards the left and is face to face with some inmates nearest to the staircase. When the camera changes angles, his body is more rotated to the right and is now directly facing the staircase bannister to be face to face with more of the inmates. (01:20:16)

Continuity mistake: When the assistant warden and the bald inmate are walking down the corridor towards the end, two inmates from inside their cells put their hands on the bars of the cell doors to see what is happening. The inmate standing on the left has both of his hands on the bars and the inmate standing on the right has both hands on the row of bars positioned below where the inmate standing on the left has his hands. When the camera changes angles, the inmate standing on the left no longer has his hands on the bars and the inmate standing on the right now has his hands positioned on two separate rows of bars. Continuity mistake: When Ricky is being tortured by the warden, after the warden removes the tape covering his mouth, Ricky spits out some blood as many of the razors inside his mouth. The razors that were shown sticking out of his cheeks are not shown moving, but after it cuts to the warden with some of the razors stuck to his face, the shot cuts back to Ricky and the razors in his cheeks are no longer there. Even the ones that weren't shown being spat out. (01:16:40)

Continuity mistake: When Ricky's girlfriend jumps off the roof, her body is positioned so that her legs are facing towards the building, but when she falls to the ground in the next shot, her body is suddenly facing the opposite direction, as we can see her legs are facing away from the building. Continuity mistake: When the warden's son begins walking down the red carpet and trips up, the shadows of the prison guards can be seen cast on the carpet. When the assistant warden goes to help him up a few seconds later, the shadows of the guards have disappeared from the carpet. (00:56:58)

Continuity mistake: After revealing Hai's body to Sa, Tarzan points to a back tattoo that belonged to Hai that is stuck to the wall, pointing with his right hand. After asking him if he thinks he should avenge his death, Tarzan begins to lower his right arm. At the end of the shot, Tarzan's arm is still raised slightly, but in the next shot, his arm is lowered completely. (00:45:30)

Continuity mistake: When Sa hands out the leaves for Ricky to use, the leaves are positioned on his fingers in one shot, but when the shot cuts, the leaves are suddenly positioned on his palm. (00:43:35)

Continuity mistake: When Ricky punches Hai whilst he attempts to choke him with his intestines, Hai lands on the ground a foot or two away from Ricky. Hai then stands up, and he and Ricky are suddenly meters apart. Ricky cannot be seen on-screen, but a couple meters of ground can be seen in front of Hai, so the distance between the two has changed. (00:37:51)

Continuity mistake: When Hai attempts to choke Ricky with his intestines, Ricky punches him and Hai falls back. Ricky is shown with his left fist extended further than his right fist. The shot then cuts to a different angle of Ricky where it is now his right fist that is extended further than his left. (00:37:51)

Continuity mistake: When Hai stabs Kuang against the side of his face, blood is shown slowly poring out of the wound on Kuang's face. The camera then cuts to focus on Hai, and the blood coming out of Kuang's wound is suddenly spurting much quicker. (00:32:32)

Continuity mistake: Just after Hai has stopped Kuang from killing the bald inmate, Hai leans on the staircase behind him. His elbow is shown leaning on the step at first, but in the next shot, his elbow is suddenly leaning along the pole of the banister. (00:31:40)

Continuity mistake: When the bald inmate is pushed over the staircase and cornered by the other inmates, he says "Hold it! What's this about" and is pointing with his right hand finger before moving his hand towards the ground. The camera changes angles and his right hand is suddenly reaching out again. (00:30:24)

Continuity mistake: Whilst the assistant warden has Ricky's hand trapped in his hook hand, there is a shot where the assistant warden slams his right hand into his hook hand to make it more painful for Ricky. In the next shot of Ricky, both of his eyes are shown wide open. When the shot cuts, his left eye is suddenly squinting and is closed more than the right eye. (00:25:37)

Continuity mistake: When the big guy is approaching Ricky in the showers, in the POV shot of the big guy, he is shown approaching Ricky from directly behind Ricky. When he throws a punch at Ricky, he is suddenly standing to Ricky's side. (00:15:25)
