Revealing: Right after they "create" Leeloo and she is lying in the plastic cage with the little straps on her, the guy approaches her and says, "if you want out, you are going to have to work on your communication skills." She gives him a dirty look, and then you can see a huge hole, pre-cut in the glass, that she busts her hand through.

The Fifth Element (1997) - 37 mistakes
Directed by Luc Besson, starring Bruce Willis, Chris Tucker, Gary Oldman, Ian Holm, Milla Jovovich (add more)
Genres: Action, Adventure, Romance, Sci-fi, Thriller
The priest gets Corben's name wrong because he's flustered, calling him 'Mr. Wallace' (possibly Willis, as an in joke, but it's always sounded more like Wallace to me). Bruce Willis corrects him. This is entirely intentional one way or another, and not any kind of mistake.
Continuity: When the police confront Leeloo on the side of the building, she raises her hands and we can see that they're covered in soot. She jumps off and lands in Korben's cab. When she comes to, she presses her hand against the glass, and her hand is magically clean.
Continuity: When Zorg is first seen walking, and the screen only shows his legs, there is an audible clank as he steps with his RIGHT leg. After that, the clank is heard from his left foot.
Continuity: In the scene in the beginning when you first see the fifth element, and the camera moves up so you see the wide open mouth, look to the shoulder on the left. In the years of undisturbed dust, there are a few finger prints.
Continuity: When the police are chasing Korben and Leeloo in the taxi, Korben uses a video display map of "Manhattan 2nd District". When he switches it on, it looks normal, but when the camera cuts away then back again, the display is reversed as though it were in a mirror.
Continuity: When Zorg returns to the flying hotel, he kills some security guards. When Korben and the others takes his shuttle to escape, their bodies have disappeared.
Continuity: When Leeloo is trying to break out of the holding chamber, she bangs her hands against the glass and there is no sign of the tattoos that we see on her wrists when Korben takes her to the priest's house.
Revealing: When the space ship leaves the Earth's atmosphere about to make the jump to Phloston Paradise, you can see the box around the spaceship used when creating CG effects.
Continuity: When Leeloo jumps from the building, the elevator track, which was attached to the building on her right-hand side, has vanished.
Continuity: When the cops are are getting the Golden Menus, the girl at the drive-in window hands them their order and you see a key on top of one of the boxes. The cop in the passenger seat gives the driver the order and the key is gone.
Continuity: After Leeloo fights the Mangalores in the Diva's room but then has to give the stones box to Zorg, she throws it to him with forward rotation but when the box is shown flying through the air in slow motion, it's rotating backwards.
Continuity: The very first scene of the movie the boy rides in on the donkey and has a stick in his right hand he uses to hit the left side of the donkey. The shot changes and another boy yells, "gaka lama lako." and the shot changes to where the camels grunt, notice that the camels, from right to left are as follows in color: beige, beige, white, beige. The shot changes to boys shouting, then the shot changes to the boy about to get off the donkey, but notice the stick in that boy's hand has mysteriously disappeared. The boy gets off the donkey and runs up the platform, and this is where you notice the order of the camels has changed to: beige, beige, beige, white.
Continuity: In the beginning at the Egyptian temple while speaking to the Priest, the Professor has his cup in his right hand then a brush then the cup again...all while speaking the same sentence.
Continuity: When the techs are analyzing the dark planet right before the first attack, the first tech turns to the second to report the sudden drop in surface activity. Between that shot and the following one on the second tech, the first tech's hand jumps from at his side to rising in front of his chin.
Visible crew/equipment: Just after Korben escapes from the police, you can see a reflection of a crewman in a blue T-shirt on the windshield.
Audio problem: When the stewardess is telling the people that she's putting on the sleep regulator, they show a different shot, and you see in the background she's mouthing words that don't match up.
Continuity: When they are trying to place the stones in the temple, Korben picks up either the water or air stone - by the time they get to the plinth he's holding the fire stone.
Visible crew/equipment: When Leeloo falls in Korben's cab, he parks and then rubs his neck. She's supposed to be still knocked out, but there's the the reflection of somebody moving on the window. It's not Leeloo, it's a man.
Continuity: When Leeloo is fighting the Mangalores in the Diva's quarters, one of them swings at her from behind. She ducks and turns her head, and in the next shot she has turned completely around as the Mangalore throws its second punch.
Continuity: As Leeloo gets off the ship at Fhloston Paradise, in one shot she is looking slightly to her left and in the next shot from behind she is looking to the right.
