When they all get into the back of the truck when trying to hitchhike to Berlin, Scotty simply pulls the cover closed without securing it. But in the next shot, when the truck is pulling away, the cover is fully secured. Not really a mistake, but very interesting. There is not one single Manchester United badge on display in any of the scenes involving the apparent fan club. Neither in the bar, on any of their clothes or even on their open top bus.
All the European shots were all filmed in the Czech Republic with reconstructed landmarks and green screens.
The two large men in club Vandersexxx are called Hans & Gruber, Hans Gruber was the name of the main villain in Die Hard.
