At the end of the movie, Grandpa and Harry almost switch bodies. Actually, there is a sequel to the book where the dad and the son do switch bodies.

Lindsay's mom is an extra in the wedding scene, she danced with someone ( it may have been Lindsay's dad, not sure) off to the right when you see Lindsay's back when she is dancing with Jake.
