In the last scene where Joey is talking to his father and the cops have surrounded a building, Joey approaches a window with one of the glass panes missing. In the next shot, the cops can see Joey from the window but the glass pane is there. Joey later breaks the glass and fires his gun. [The glass pane is clearly in the window as Joey approaches it. There's even some haze or dirt on it.]
