Continuity: In the scene where the Beatles are in bed sleeping, and Ringo is getting pulled out of bed by the ring, he falls out of bed, and brings the blankets with him. In the next shot however, the bed clothes are back on his bed.

Trivia
Between "Help" and "Help!" the title "Eight arms to hold you" was considered. But The Beatles vetoed this as it would have meant having to write a song called "Eight arms to hold you." See more...
Continuity: The scene where the wheel falls off the car is obviously not the first take as the bottom edge of the rear wing is already damaged from where it hits the ground. It wasn't damaged in the previous shot, when George is undoing the wheel nuts.
Continuity: In the scene where Ringo is with the scientists and they are trying to shrink the ring, the door behind Ringo's left shoulder is red. However, when Ahme enters the same door later on in the scene, it is now green.
Deliberate "mistake": When Ringo sprays his assassin with orange juice, it doesn't reach as far as the sofa. But it still splashes over the inch-high Paul. Even if it had flown that far, Paul is on the far side of the sofa and the angle is impossible.
Continuity: In the scene where John, George and Ringo are about to take their seat in the restaurant, look closely at the mirror on the wall. You can see Paul dancing with Ahme. However, when John then asks, 'Are you eating too, Paul?' and the shot cuts to Paul, the original belly dancer, not yet replaced by Ahme, is the one dancing.
Continuity: At one point, John and Ringo are in a lift, a super-mega-magnet is turned on, and a bunch of stuff flies out of John's pockets and sticks to the wall. When the super-mega-magnet is tuned off, the stuff is automatically back in John's pockets.
