Mistake Visible crew/equipment: When Mel Gibson is getting his red boat ready to put in the water, his friend comes out of his house to talk to him. You can see the camera crew reflected in his friend's sunglasses.

Mistake Continuity: When Mel Gibson is unwrapping the tarpaulin from his boat, there is less rope shown tied round it in early shots than there is in later ones.

Mistake Continuity: When Kurt Russell and Michelle are having dinner in her restaurant, Michelle goes over to her counter to find an envelope with her name on it that is smeared from the rain leaking through the roof. Later she is shown opening that envelope and the writing is completely different, the name is positioned differently, and the name is smeared 3 times worse than before.

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: As Mel Gibson is getting off the fork lift, a camera man appears in the rearview mirror.

Mistake Continuity: When Kurt Russell pulls into the police station (when Joanna is trying to get her chef out) he pulls up behind Joanna's car. After he helps Joanna and the chef, she gets in her car and drives off. Kurt's car has disappeared.
