Continuity: We see Sarah Jessica Parker well-dressed in red without a bra. When Bruce Willis remove her red robe, she's wearing a bra.

Factual error: During the beginning car chase, they are chasing a car on Bigalow Blvd. less than a mile from downtown Pittsburgh and we see a big, brick hill they chase down. This hill is actually in Duquesne, PA more than ten miles south east of Pittsburgh. Then as your watching they are still in the same area as Bigalow Blvd. in the Polish Hill section of Pittsburgh.

Continuity: If you watch in the beginning of the movie you will notice during the car chat that various parts of the suspect's car fall off or get torn off and then in other scenes the parts are back on.

Continuity: In the beginning car chase, the Ford LTD they are chasing loses its front bumper, grill and several headlights. It even runs over the bumper causing a large spark display. But in the next shot the car just has lost two headlights.

Continuity: During the various police car chase scenes one minute they would be in Mount Oliver in Pittsburgh, and the next minute they are in Mount Washington.

Continuity: In the bridge scene, Willis is seen without his crutch as he looks over the bridge at his fallen cousin. They cut to him beside the bridge and he has his crutch.

Continuity: Keep an eye on Bruce Willis' seat-belt during the chase at the beginning. It alternates between being on and off him.

Continuity: During the first car chase scene, you can see that 5 hubcaps are seen coming off the truck from the left side throughout the scene.

Continuity: When Hardy is in the boathouse working with the map, the pen he lays down on the map changes positions as the camera angle changes and he never touches it.

Continuity: When Hardy is waking up in the boathouse, after Jimmy jumps off of the bridge, look at the table with the alarm clock and phone on it. When he first wakes up there are no keys on the table. Camera angle changes and a set of keys has appeared on the table.

Continuity: In the car chase, when the cars go into the tunnel, Bruce Willis passes a taxi cab and several other cars, but then in a shot from the front you can see through the rear windscreen and see that there are no cars behind him.

Visible crew/equipment: When Bruce Willis is shown on the boat for the first time in uniform, some of the crew are reflected in his sunglasses.

Continuity: When Bruce and Sarah stop the drinking kids in the fast speed boat, they confiscate a bottle of scotch. BW opens the bottle to smell it, then the scene goes to the partner and back to him and he UNSCREWS the top and dumps the liquor over the side. He opens the bottle twice.

Revealing: When Harding goes to check out a victim with Crispin, Crispin gets in the water to flip the dead woman over and the dead girl blinks her eyes.
