Continuity mistake: The captain of the submarine has the rank of Commander (3 solid stripes) and half-way through episode 4 the captain suddenly has the rank of Captain (4 solid stripes) as shown on his shoulder epaulettes.
Continuity mistake: Invasion 2021 Season 1 Episode 10 While riding in a car with Hitomi's father, he recalls that she loved a compass she had. She would take it everywhere and loved to follow the red arrow north. But later, when Hitomi's girlfriend finds the compass among her things, the arrow is black with a white tip.
Battle Scars - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Echo prepares to calibrate the surgical pod, he has a bandage on his head, even though the members of the Bad Batch don't get their control chips removed until near the end of the episode. (00:14:11)
All-New Halloween Spooktacular! - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Wanda is spooked by the sight of Pietro transfigured into a corpse. He then asks her if she's okay; Wanda has one hand or both hands in front of her mouth, and they change position between shots too. (00:24:35)
Continuity mistake: One of the 4400 now has an apartment and shows off her new darkroom to a friend. It has a sliding door at the entrance. In a later scene she is in the darkroom and her friend enters. But this time the door is a regular one that swings. In truth, neither of these are typical of a darkroom, as darkrooms have a light lock entry. Either double doors or a U-turn entry to prevent light from getting in.
Episode #1.7 - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: Monique is making "tea" for Stephanie. She is stirring the drink and suddenly the glass is way more empty. (00:25:13)
Continuity mistake: Alina is trying to escape both the Crows and General Kirigan's men through the streets of the town of Ryevost. While in an alleyway, she kicks in the door to a building, only to still be outside when she emerges from the other side of the door - when she looks back inside of the door she just emerged from, it leads to the interior of a building, not the alley she just came from.
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Mark got into his cell, the top bunk had a vinyl-like covered mattress (or folded gym mat) that had a lengthwise seam along the middle of the side. He was not fixing his bunk bed while he was talking to cellmate Bernard, but when he was removing items from his bag on top of the bunk bed, it was now covered with a blue blanket and a sheet folded down by the pillow could be seen. A little later, the blanket was also covering the foot of the bed. (00:13:15 - 00:15:03)
Continuity mistake: When Chrissy and Lois are in the car before going into the meeting, the passenger side window is down, but not all the way. But in the next shot when Chrissy steps out, it's all the way down.
Continuity mistake: After Loki time jumps back to the interview room he drops the tesseract on floor. When he gets up it's not there or on the table. (00:36:53)
Continuity mistake: When Jake buys Chucky at the beginning of the episode, as it cuts back and forth between Jake's angle and the homeowner's angle, the way Jake is holding Chucky changes a few times. (Ex. In some shots, Jake is holding Chucky a few feet in front of him, in others he's holding Chucky right next to his chest, etc.)
Continuity mistake: When the trio encounter the law officers from the Wyoming Stock Growers Association, it starts snowing while they're talking to each other. After the gun fight, it's sunny.
Continuity mistake: When Carrie leaves her bag at the vet's counter, its position keeps changing depending on the shot - note the handles.
Power Broker - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: At the bar, the amount of liqueur in Falcon's snake drink increases between shots.
Radio Harry - S2-E4
Continuity mistake: The kids' pancakes change during the scene. Sahara's has a hole and tear in it from when Harry pokes it, but later it has just a hole. And the amount of blueberries and whip cream on Max's changes. Some shots, they're back to the previous set up.
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: S2/E1 Planes, Trains, and Automobiles: Ashley smoked her cigarette down to the filter with no white cigarette showing but in the next frame there's white cigarette showing. (00:11:23)
Stego Search - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: Four people (a guy in a pink shirt, a girl in an orange dress, a guy in a blue shirt, and a girl in a denim skirt) stand up from a picnic blanket to go listen to a guitar player. However, in the next shot, the girl in the denim skirt and the guy in the blue shirt are replaced by a girl in a black dress and a guy in a green shirt, and they are never seen again.
Continuity mistake: When the boys are playing at Norman's father's apartment, we see a ball hit a lamp to the left of the sofa, denting the lampshade. We see the lamp fall and hear it shatter. Later we see the intact lamp back on the table.
