Continuity mistake: Venus' starts off with a burger in her left hand which immediately changes to a watermelon segment, while a cookie has now appeared in her right. She puts the watermelon down only for it to reappear in her left hand when the camera changes angle. The cookie has now disappeared. The camera switches again to show that the watermelon is no longer in her left whilst the cookie has returned to her right... which is swiftly replaced by her half-eaten burger. (01:07:00)
Continuity mistake: While waiting for her audition, Finley's blouse is loosely tied above the waist, with two flaps hanging like a bow. When Finley gets onto the platform, the knot is tied tighter in the front and the two flaps overlap (look like one), hanging similar to a short tie. (00:17:05)
Continuity mistake: When Jackson is shot with shotgun he "flies" across the bathroom, hits the wall, and falls into the tub on his right side with his left leg on top of the tub and leaning to right. Next shot he is on his back. (00:26:25)
Continuity mistake: When Tony is below Maria's fire escape, there's a shot of her back with her fingers grabbing the platform. Shot changes to Tony's POV where she moves her hand and changes her grip. Then shot goes back to the previous angle of her still with the same grip.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scenes while lost on her way to Sandringham, Diana drives a Porsche 911 with licence plate G580SGT. Later when she stops by the scarecrow the same car's plate has changed to J548LRP, it remains so for the rest of the movie. J548LRP was an actual plate used on a Mercedes SL500 that Princess Diana once owned.
Continuity mistake: Kung Lao summons his hat to finish off Nitara, but Shang Tsung, who was right in front of the hat and was not shown to have moved out of there, was nowhere to be seen. Also, Kung Lao gets Nitara to land on his hat despite the two of them flying away from it in a straight line and not shown to have turned at any point.
Continuity mistake: When watching the water retreat after Sisu falls, a view from behind the characters shows Noi sitting on Tuk Tuk. The very next cut shows Tong picking her up from the ground. (01:18:01)
Continuity mistake: When Polka-Dot Man hurts Starro's leg, its minions cry out in pain as well in unison, but they do it holding their knee or thigh in one shot, their ankle/calf in the next. (01:53:00)
Continuity mistake: An exterior view of the window in the building across the street that the Virtuoso plans on shooting from shows it is comprised of three square panes stacked vertically. When the Virtuoso is inside behind the window, it is one large vertical pane. (00:10:27)
Continuity mistake: While Semmi is telling Akeem about their visits to the nightclubs, there are shots from the original movie with some women they meet. When the "woman" in red tells them she's going to tear them apart, Semmi's wearing a patterned shirt, tie, and blazer when he spits his drink. Two shots later (new footage), Semmi's shirt collar style changes, as well as the pattern on his shirt and blazer. (00:11:15)

Continuity mistake: When Paul comes to the table three chairs are free, when his father comes there is only one chair free - the third chair is suddenly missing. (00:49:30)
Continuity mistake: At the prison visiting "Uncle Sally", Dickie sets a box of matches on top of his cigarettes. A little later, the matchbox is behind the cigarettes and the cigarettes are angled about 45° more away from the ashtray. (00:48:12)
Continuity mistake: Leonardo DiCaprio's phone is shown attached to his car dashboard. He gets out of his car, all the while, looking up toward the sky. The next scene shows him grabbing his phone from his pocket while standing outside his car. (01:36:06 - 01:36:56)
Continuity mistake: After her sister hangs up on her, Sue repeats in front of the mirror the self-help audio mantra. She suddenly holds the receiver in front of her chest higher than in the previous shot. (00:04:10)
Continuity mistake: After Diane lit and switched her cigarette to her right hand (and off-camera), most front views of her left arm showed it in front of her, along her stomach, but rear views showed her holding the cigarette in her left hand with her arm more perpendicular to her stomach.
