When it cuts to a young man walking, in the interior shot from inside the police cruiser the rearview mirror is missing from the windshield, but in the exterior shots the rearview mirror is properly attached. Continuity mistake: The moment Madame Kali drops down dead, killed by werewolf Chandler, she's still wrinkled and old. Later on in that scene, though, when the monster runs off, her skin is all nice and smooth again. (00:19:10 - 00:20:05)
Continuity mistake: The girl in the flooding tub is weighted down and has her hands tied in front of her. When the police lift her out, the weights are gone and her hands fall to her sides, and then are tied again when she is on the floor.
