Continuity mistake: During Frank's discussion with the candidate for mayor, there's a bus leaving the stop, it's not the same vehicle. In the first shot, it's 1717, with no advertisement or line number on the rear, while in the second it's 1691 with an ad above the licence plate and the number 82 on the display. (00:19:20)

Continuity mistake: After the beta safe house is deconspired, when Jack gets into a car in order to follow his girlfriend's kidnappers, there's a man in the other seat of his vehicle. As the car slides into the street, only one person can be seen inside, though. However, the man then reappears in the next scene. (01:16:00)

Stupidity: When Nick uses the broom to block the guardhouse door and keep Tilly inside, he does it from the wrong side of the door swing making it useless. Still, Tilly cannot open the door.

Continuity mistake: When Blackthorne tries to open the door in order to leave the room he woke up in, his hand tears the paper wall. The damage to the paper then changes between shots. (00:11:20)

Other mistake: After Lord Buntaro's archery demonstration, Blackthorne comes over to the post which now bears the three arrows shot by the Japanese. In the paper wall behind him a hole can be seen, which is to be the spot through which the arrows have come. but the arrows and the hole do not make one straight line, which would have to be the case if the missiles were to really have arrived from there.

Continuity mistake: After Fiona's return back home from the club where she's worked as a waitress, the blackish strips on her cheeks turn from partially rubbed off (justified by her wiping the tears) to perfectly fine a moment later, then change several more times during her discussion with Lip. Continuity mistake: The moment Madame Kali drops down dead, killed by werewolf Chandler, she's still wrinkled and old. Later on in that scene, though, when the monster runs off, her skin is all nice and smooth again. (00:19:10 - 00:20:05)

Trivia: The fancy Mercedes is not "the only one in America" (as John Madec said on the movie) but the only one in the world. The car was borrowed for the purpose of the movie by one of the owners of the Formula One team McLaren and was shipped by air from Germany. Hence German licence plates often seen during the film.

Continuity mistake: Towards the end there is a body of a dead Son of the Harpy lying between the fallen Unsullied and the side corridor visible in the wall, located very close to either. In the next show the body is gone. Also, as the camera angle changes, the blood stains on the walls look differently. (00:48:50)
