Continuity mistake: In the classroom, Jarod leaves with Detective Fairchild's business card in his right hand and accidentally (maybe deliberately) left the "Death and Cremation" book on the floor. Courtney picks up Jarod's book, apparently with the intent to give it to him the next time she saw him. Later, Courtney is reading the book and finds Detective Fairchild's business card between pages (like a bookmark). If this was meant to be the one the detective gave to Jarod, it can't be. Continuity mistake: In the beginning, when Billy is talking to the bum (who later turns out to be Tawny), the bum has a glove on his right hand. When he reaches his right hand out to Billy and Billy gives him a subway token, there is no glove. It's back in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: After RVD is shot by the lone motorcyclist he goes home to take care of his wound. You can see that he was shot in his LEFT shoulder. When he goes to the bathroom and takes off his shirt, the wound is on his RIGHT shoulder. After bandaging up his wound, he finds his wife bound and gagged and his daughter has been taken. Continuity mistake: When Jack gives Mathilde the rifle at the bar, the number 4 plastic sign on the table keeps moving around between shots.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the film, Johnny is shown driving onto the freeway northbound from Hollywood, then shows him in Calabasas, and then Thousand Oaks. That route takes him in a westbound direction, however, the section of freeway he's on in Calabasas is going eastbound (not westbound like he should be). Next, in Thousand Oaks, he's properly going westbound again.
Continuity mistake: When Stern is cutting Gutterman loose and they're at Rachel's desk, Gutterman is right behind Stern, close enough to touch the desk and sets his hat on it. The shot changes and Gutterman is now further away, not even in arm's reach of the desk.
Continuity mistake: Throughout the motorcycle/police car chase they used two different motorcycles made 50+ years apart and just painted them both black. One is a 1940s Harley Davidson with a springer front end and the very recognizable horn below the headlight, and the other is a late 1990s (at the oldest) cruiser with a front end that's completely different in every way.
Continuity mistake: The fan on the duty desk stops and starts randomly between camera shots. (00:54:10)

Continuity mistake: At the end when Walter Weed comes to the escape car the car is already running, with smoke coming from the exhaust, but then he starts the car when he wants to drive away.
Continuity mistake: The silver SUV in which John, Laura and their son are escaping, changes several times from one to two inspection decals on its windshield. Firstly there are two decals reading 9_10. Right after Laura tries to step out of the running car and they almost collide with a truck, the SUV comes to a full stop and there is a single decal reading 5_10. When they are at the checkpoint leaving Pennsylvania we go again to two decals. Additionally, when two decals are present, they sometimes read 9_10 and some other times 11_10. (01:38:00 - 01:43:20)
Continuity mistake: When the hijacked DC9 aircraft arrives into Algeria for the first time, in a front shot when taxiing, the nose and windshield are of a Boeing 727. Afterwards it becomes a DC9 for the remaining of the movie.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, when Robert has been resurrected as a tricycle, the bell and ribbon keep moving back and forth from the right handle bar to the left one.
Continuity mistake: Jason spits blood onto Joker's chin which changes spot wise and shape wise by the next shot.
Continuity mistake: During the scene on the beach, the shadows lengthen and shorten dramatically from shot to shot.
Continuity mistake: When Jules and Nic are in bed, about to watch a porn movie, Nic's chin rests on her arm or is away from it, depending on the angle.
Continuity mistake: Near the end, the orderly restrains Kristen and the doctor says not to drug them. The doctor is holding Kristen by the arms. However in the close up of her getting the injection her arms are free, only to be restrained again in the next shot.
