Revealing mistake: When they fix the door, in the last few frames we see while the door is still moving up, the gear stops spinning in the "rail".

Even though they're underwater, everything else stays on the ocean floor level. Therefore, the hat shouldn't stay on Spongebob's head. It should fall off it and hit the floor.
Revealing mistake: After Jonny Lee Miller gets shot in the head, he slowly falls into the water, facing Sara and Gabe. In the next shot, he has turned towards the water. If you watch closely, you can also see him turn his head so he doesn't hit the face on the water surface. (01:34:15)

Revealing mistake: When the crew discovers Coconut Pete's dead body if you take a quick look at him before they cut away you can tell he wasn't really dead because his mouth moves right before they cut away from him.
Revealing mistake: You can see Hero Boy putting the ticket in his pocket after getting it punched the second time, before finding his seat on the return journey. However, the ticket slowly evaporates in the air as he is about to put it into the pocket. His hand thus enters the pocket ticket-less.
Suggested correction: He could, in fact have an earpiece/hearing aid in place, and what with the wild night he's been having, the accident and all, a blood pack is not out of place either.
