Other mistake: Episode 13-12: "Shadow (2)." When Cruger is challenged to defeat 100 robots, a red countdown meter appears on the screen, ticking down each time Cruger dispatches an opponent. When the counter is at 21, Cruger slices his sword at a robot, which then goes down. But the counter stays at 21 and only goes to 22 when he slices at the next robot. Every robot in the sequence goes down after a single hit from Cruger's sword.
Super Bike / A Mile in My Shoes - S2-E6
Other mistake: When Jorgen does wand-ups to Cosmo and Wanda, he counts 1,2,1,2,etc, yet when he does them to Timmy, he counts 1,2,3,etc.
Other mistake: The crest of the clone trooper's helmet, when he points out that the cannons are being destroyed, does not reach down to the eyeslit, whereas it does with the others'.
Other mistake: When the German soldiers are on the radio alerting other German units of Americans in a captured German tank, they are using the English word "tank"- the Germans should be using the word "panzer", instead.
Destiny (2) - S1-E22
Other mistake: When Max heals Kyle's bullet wound, the blood disappears from Kyle's t-shirt, but blood from Liz's bullet wound in the pilot episode stained her waitress uniform and did not disappear when she was healed by Max.
Other mistake: In season 5 episode 7, Tony is talking about JFK, and said he was in grammar school when it happened. However, in this episode Tony celebrates his 47th birthday. He was probably born in 1960, so he would have been no more than 3 years old and not in grammar school when JFK was president. (00:26:36 - 00:38:02)
Other mistake: In the opening of this episode the screen reads "3:50pm On a Wednesday." When Gino (Frank's Brother) is reading the letters meant for Shadynasty, he says "Meet me at the airport, Friday, at 5:00, Terminal C." The gang and Gina then go along to the airport that very afternoon - a Wednesday - to try and meet Shadynasty and get her and Frank back together. And of course she is there, despite it being a Wednesday, not a Friday.
Other mistake: The fire at the used cars dealership recycles several shots from the petrol station fire in Series 6 episode 7. These include shots of burning petrol on the ground and a Renault car with the registration mark B649 CLY exploding.
The Karate Kid Returns - S6-E14
Other mistake: When Tim and Wilson are talking about The Beach Boys song lyrics, Wilson says he wrote a book called 'The Psycho-Physiological Indices of Amorous Connections Among Termites of the Southwest' that sold four copies. In an earlier episode called Wilson's Girlfriend, the woman Wilson dates also says she wrote the same book with the same number of copies sold.
Other mistake: When Thomas is uncoupled from Annie and Clarabell he has Percy's face.
Other mistake: When the old well needs filling in, for safety reasons, Ryan is breaking up bricks. If you are filling up a well, first, you'd need lots of bricks and stones, heaps more than Ryan's small pile, and, two, why does Ryan have to break up the bricks? They're going into the well - it doesn't matter if they are big or small.
Other mistake: Miss Fisher takes a handwritten phrase in "ancient" Hebrew to one of the main characters to be translated. The writing is actually in cursive Hebrew and is properly written. While performing the translation however, the "expert" translator holds the writing upside down. He also follows the writing with his finger from left to right. Hebrew is written from right to left. Pass the Vegetables, Please - S3-E3
Other mistake: After Gilligan gets up to take the sand to Mary Ann, the camera closes in on the box lid. After it does, the picture goes into a freeze frame because the ripples in the water of the lagoon stop dead still for the few seconds until the dissolve into the next scene.
Other mistake: When Sportacus jumps out of his blimp, his crystal is missing.
Other mistake: In a previous episode, it says that Phoebe and Max's ice breath can't touch or it'll freeze the whole city. In this episode they blow their ice breath at each other twice.
Other mistake: In the two scenes that occur at Lucky's base in Iraq, it is quite obvious the writers did not do much research about the Army in Iraq now, or the Army in general. Alcohol is not allowed on any US base anywhere in the Middle East during the current conflict, and this is true for all branches of the military. Even if Lucky did manage to procure contraband alcohol, he would not drink it openly, because an MP would arrest him within minutes. If he appeared in his Sergeant's tent drunk, he would be arrested, and severely disciplined, probably demoted. No one on a US base would be known as a habitual drunk, because anyone found drunk more than once would be either sent back to the states for rehab, or dishonorably discharged. Also, in the US Army, Sergeants are never addressed as "Sir." This is one of the very first things a new recruit learns at Basic Training, and it is drilled into him. It is extraordinarily unlikely that a soldier would slip up and call a sergeant "Sir" once, let alone repeatedly, as Lucky's buddy does. After the first time, the Sergeant would correct him.
The Dog Who Knew Superman - S2-E9
Other mistake: A gangster pushes a dog into a well and the dog can be heard splashing around. The man's wife is furious and several people are unable to retrieve the dog. Superman tunnels into the ground and into the bottom of the well and emerges holding the dog. Both he and the dog are completely dry.
Other mistake: When Agent Wells tells the White House they need to alert the Pentagon that Lozano is inside the Pentagon, she is told "it's already done, they are locking down the building right now." Then, later in the same episode, we see Lozano use a key card to easily pass through the building. (00:15:45 - 00:21:15)
Other mistake: During the scene (towards the end of the episode) when Horatio's young wife Marisol dies, there are two worthy mentions. First is when we see Horatio walk into Marisol's room, there is a doctor present but the two do not speak. Horatio speaks to Marisol at the side of her bed and they joke about their supposed date later that night, and her speech seems fine. A few seconds later while holding her hand, we hear the "flat line" and Marisol passes away. About two seconds after we hear the flat line, the camera angle shows Marisol still turned toward Horatio, her chest still moving to breathe. A split second after that though, the camera angle now shows Marisol face up in the bed, presumably dead. Second issue and perhaps most importantly - Marisol was young, and a gunshot victim who had been in stable condition just the day before. Even if her condition had turned more critical, it seems almost impossible that as soon as she flat lined, there still would not have been immediate resuscitation attempts or calls for a resuscitation team, especially with a doctor who was already in the room.
Day 2: 5:00 A.M.-6:00 A.M. - S2-E22
Other mistake: In the beginning of the episode when the show is starting and the credits are rolling, instead of Billy Burke the credit is shown as Billy Gurke.
