Continuity mistake: Phelps takes the tape from the recorder's right-hand spindle. When he opens the acid vat, we can see the tape he just removed back on the recorder - but on the left spindle. The tape he then drops into the acid doesn't remotely resemble the one he pulled, and when he drops it, the recorder's left spindle, where the full tape was in the last shot and where the empty reel should be, now has nothing on it at all. Continuity mistake: When the doctor is putting the bandage on Laura's hand, it ends at her wrist. But later, the bandage goes all the way to her elbow.

Continuity mistake: Jessica is wearing a massive earring, but when the camera is behind her, she isn't. (00:23:38)
Charles (Manson) in Charge - S7-E10
Continuity mistake: Kai applies shaving soap to his whole face, including his upper lip. In the next shot, there is no soap on his upper lip and he puts it on again.
Episode #1.5 - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When Tommy enters the office where Grace is working on the books he steps forward, leaving the door open, to draw a black star on her ledger. When he turns to leave the door is shut. (00:03:40)
Episode One - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Pete is trying to get the drill back from Ben (before Pete says "I'll give you a fiver if you give me the drill"), the position of Ben's hands on the drill change between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Serena is saying goodbye to Dan, rain is pouring on the angle focusing him, but not on the angle focusing her. This changes back and forth.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Rube shakes hands with the animal protesters, he is not wearing the trash bag while shaking their hands. He is wearing the trash bag immediately before and after. (00:04:45)
Suggested correction: He is wearing the trash bag because one of the posters commits on it.
Tiger Left, Tiger Right - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: Kimble's been kidnapped and held for ransom. He had nothing with him when he was taken, yet when he leaves the abandoned house with the kidnappers, he has a small suitcase. When they drop him off on the road, he doesn't have it. When, in the epilogue, he's shown walking, he's carrying a different, larger suitcase. (00:46:00 - 00:49:00)
Orange Blossom Ice Cream - S7-E3
Continuity mistake: In the meeting they said Erica Fline broke out of jail a year ago, but that occurred three years previously. (00:01:53)
Continuity mistake: In the final scene, John Ross decides to drink some of the whiskey from the bottle that his father, J.R. Ewing, left for him. The bottle of whiskey is about half full, filled to just about the bottom of J.R. Ewing's signature on the bottle. As John Ross reaches for the bottle, it is now suddenly only about 1/6 full compared to the half full it was from the previous shot. The level continues to move up and down. (00:41:45)
Continuity mistake: When Riggs is talking to Agent Palmer about being hungry, he's holding one red folder. When he asks if she was going to eat, he sets the folder down. In the next shot, he's holding a folder again.
Continuity mistake: Rex's kama (the black kilt-like thing he wears) is missing twice: first when he, Anakin and Ahsoka are looking at a hologram of an AT-TE on the Resolute's bridge, and second when Anakin's trap for Grievous is revealed, and Rex orders the AT-TEs on the asteroids to fire. Continuity mistake: When James is taking pictures from a car as men are entering a hotel, in the shots of him head on he is using a Canon EOS camera with a 70-200mm white lens. In shots from the side he is using a Nikon camera with an older Nikon lens. (00:27:35)
Continuity mistake: When the Polaroid photo is shown of Betty and Walter with his boss and his wife, Betty's hands are behind Walter and the boss's wife's back. When it was taken, her left arm was out and her hand was on her own leg.
Continuity mistake: While Stiles and Scott are at the vet getting the black dust, the vet puts the mountain ash on the table and says it's for Stiles. Stiles picks up the bottle and it's in his hand. A shot later the bottle of ash is back on the table, but Stiles never put it down. Then the shot after they show it on the table, it's back in Stiles' hand and he sets it back down.
Shut the Door, Have a Seat - S3-E13
Continuity mistake: When Christina Hendricks is about to leave the office, while talking to Don, she is wearing a scarf on her hair. The scarf corner is tucked in her coat collar and then outside, and inside again etc. in alternate angle shots of the scene. (00:38:00 - 00:39:00)
Show & Tell - S6-E10
Continuity mistake: During a conversation with Diane, Jill says that her son is with his dad. In the conversation she calls the dad "Ken." In future episodes Jill's husband is called "Don." (00:03:55)
A Race Through Dark Places - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: Before she's succeeded in her effort to move it with telekinesis, Talia's penny reverses itself on the table between takes, changing from tails-up to heads-up.
Continuity mistake: When Rabb lands at Norfolk the number of the chopper is 426, there he meets Commander Turner who says that he takes the same chopper as transport to the submarine. The Sea Knight is the last transport to leave the base before lock-down. When the same chopper approaches the USS Crawford it suddenly has the number 62.
