Continuity mistake: Near the start, the camera pans out to see the dome now covered in a layer of black. Outside of the dome you can see nice green fields, a small forest area, little houses and everything looks rosy. However a few episodes back the military launched a MOAB (mother of all bombs) and and the surrounding area was wiped out completely. (00:05:50)
Suggested correction: The entire left side of the dome is where the bomb blew up. Now if you watch back when the bomb hit the dome, picture the lake being to the north on the map. When Joe and Norrie were looking for Ange, and they were on the bench when the bomb hit, SW in the scene is a pretty close point to when they show the aerial shots of the dome.
Continuity mistake: Season 4, episode 10 "Ben 10 vs. The Negative 10, Part 2": When the Forever King makes his announcement "Nothing will stop this little home-coming", he stands outside the Mount Rushmore base on bare soil. But in the scene where Max reviews the recording of this speech, all of a sudden we find the Forever King standing on a neatly tiled floor.
Continuity mistake: Marshall Dillon buries an outlaw at Sarah's place. He installs a wood cross at the grave. Sarah comes out and they talk. When she leaves, the scene cuts back to Dillon and the cross is missing.
Come Back to the Five and Dime, Stephen King, Stephen King - S7-E4
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene the kid on the left's mask keeps changing from on to off between shots.
Continuity mistake: In the introduction, when TJ pulls the ball off Gus, Gus is covered in gum. When they are walking into the school, the gum has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Allison gives Kurt his breakfast muffin (in a brown paper bag), it suddenly jumps from his left hand to his right hand between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Dylan pulls up to the After Dark, a group of guys come over and ogle his car, but when Dylan enters the club, one of the guys outside is already at the bar. (00:11:15 - 00:11:50)
Continuity mistake: When Hitch opens the tent flap to escape, there are 55-gallon drums outside covered by a camo net seen through the opening. The exterior shot outside the opening shows no 55-gallon drums or camo net.
Continuity mistake: When Crockett tries to stop a rapist in a white Lamborghini the Lamborghini's taillights switches design during the chase.
Continuity mistake: When Cy sneaks into the house with the key under the mat, in the bedroom he picks up the triple gold frame with two photos of Matt with Lyla and one photo of young Lyla in the blue dress in the center frame, then he holds it to his face and places it back on the right side of the dresser. However, after Cy hears Lyla coming into the house, when she sees the underwear on the bedroom floor the frame on the right side of the dresser is now a double wood frame with only one of the same photos seen earlier.
Continuity mistake: In season 1 they are tracking leopards but when they take a cub for the cure it's clearly an African serval kitten.
Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: Clyde Bruckman commits suicide by placing a plastic bag over his head until he asphyxiates. However, when Mulder and Scully first discover him you can see in the shot just before Scully holds his hands that there is no plastic bag around his head (may only be visible in widescreen format). Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, the Mercedes S class that is burning is not the same car that Castle drove previously in the episode, it's an older model one. Either it's a mistake or has to do something with the plot resolution, decide yourselves...
Continuity mistake: When the Hulk throws the tire during his second transformation, the first shot shows a horizontal trajectory but the second shot shows a 45 degree angle trajectory, which makes the tire land much further than expected.
Cold Ground - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Sookie is eating Adele's pie, the amount of pie on the fork keeps changing between shots. (00:41:25)
Dick and the Single Girl - S2-E24
Continuity mistake: When Sonja takes Dick's belt, she has it in her right hand, away from Dick. In the next few shots, Sonja no longer has the belt, but it is back around Dick's pants. Yet the next shot (at the door), it's in Dick's hand. (00:16:30)
Unreal City - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: While Lieutenant Granderson is being escorted around the compound and walks to the class, she is wearing O-3 rank (two silver bars) on her collar, despite never being promoted during the show to this point. Later on in the episode, when she is talking to her mother, she is wearing O-2 rank (one silver bar) again. (00:13:35 - 00:34:15)
Continuity mistake: Scooby finds a clump of ape hair stuck in the wine cask. It cuts to the gang, then back to the cask as they walk up and suddenly the clump of hair is twice as thick. (00:16:45)
Continuity mistake: During the photo shoot, after Tony takes the final shot and tells Margaret to "get dressed" so he can show her his place, she is wearing a different blouse when she comes upstairs to his apartment.
Continuity mistake: When Johnny, Roy, and Captain Stanley are rescuing the people trapped inside Olive View Hospital, they are wearing distinctively marked SCBA tanks on their backs, and when all three firemen exit the doorway, Cap is wearing an entirely different tank, and the tanks that Johnny and Roy are wearing have been switched. Then when Johnny jumps off Engine 82, his tank differs again, and when he walks over to the Battalion Chief it's changed yet again.
