Continuity mistake: Look at Alicent's hands when Lord Beesbury starts to object to the plan to usurp the throne from Rhaenyra. In the initial shot, her hands are on the table but not in the next. (00:06:40)
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode when Nico is burning the photo of her father, she burns it at the top left corner in a close-up shot. Then in the following shot the photo is suddenly burning at the top right corner instead.
Continuity mistake: When Rhodey is telling Tony that he is done being War Machine, large monitors are behind him. When Rhodey is leaving the room, the monitors behind him are significantly smaller. (00:19:44 - 00:20:10)
Continuity mistake: When Count Dooku is speaking to Riff Tamson via hologram, the clasp of Dooku's cloak is missing in one shot. (00:00:57)
Heart of Archness: Part III - S3-E3
Continuity mistake: On the way to the helicopter, Archer stops the group to ask about the lacrosse game. Archer has the pirate held at gun point and the two are standing mere inches from each other, but when Archer says to Lana she is his only friend, the pirate is nowhere in sight.
Buttercrush / Fuzzy Logic - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Buttercup punches a hole in the wall to see her sisters are being lowered into lava, the hole's initially quite small. In the next shot, the hole is noticeably bigger.
The Thing About Heroes - S5-E2
Other mistake: Officer Burgess kicks in a door with a lock and deadbolt and does no damage to the door frame. (00:46:21)
Factual error: On the map behind the colonel during the first scene, Iceland is labelled as being under Nazi control. This is incorrect, as the British were in control of the country during the whole of the war. (00:05:10)
Continuity mistake: When Park Eun-hee is talking into a video camera there are some on-screen icons for the camera: zoom, battery level, etc. Initially there are two guide lines on the zoom level bar. When the view changes then switches back a few seconds later, there is only one guide line.
Visible crew/equipment: After Raines shares details with Kellett about Semien's crew, when it cuts to Semien waking everyone up, just as he announces his contact with Belgian Federal Police, there's a visible T-mark taped to the floor behind Andre's cot. (00:24:25)
The Silver Surfer & the Return of Galactus - S1-E13
Continuity mistake: When Galactus walks up to Doom, Doom's entire body is roughly the same length as Galactus' head from chin to just below the tip of his helmet. When the shot changes, Doom is now roughly the same size as Galactus' mouth. (00:18:31)
Continuity mistake: When Agent Ward goes onto the aircraft to find Agent Fitz and Agent Simmons having an argument, Simmons put a cup of coffee on the desk. It vanishes from the desk a few seconds after she does this. (00:15:40)
Ashes, Ashes - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Spoiler! At the end of the episode, after Elektra decapitates Alexandra, the blood pattern on her changes changes when she turns around and asks "any questions?" Most noticeably more blood on her forehead and two streaks down her chin that suddenly appear. (00:49:10)
Continuity mistake: Ashley Barrett is first seen behind Homelander, but then in the next shot she immediately jumps in front of him. (00:19:32)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Storm and Professor X can be seen on the asphalt between the grass and the mansion, behind and to the viewer's left of two boys. When the shot changes, they are suddenly on the grass and in front of the two boys. (00:00:50)
The Woman Who Never Died - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When the culprit backs off from the door because of detective Katsumoto and drags Emily with him, she has her left shoulder covered with hair, a little hair, then no hair at all. Even more noticeably, when Higgins tells him that he does not have to do this etc, he is pulling her with him using his hand encumbered with the trinkets bag, but at the cut his hand is empty and directly on her bare shoulder. Continuity mistake: When Danny and Ward meet Joy in her new place, Ward says "who was it who said I was being childish?" Danny is in the background, holding the folder cover open with his left hand. Shot cuts as he speaks, and his hand's suddenly on the pages with the folder cover hanging down loose.
The Book of Occupation: Chapter Two - S3-E2
Continuity mistake: The first time Black Lightning is approached by the female character with the necklace, it shows that the necklace with the charm is sitting on the side of her neck. Then a few seconds later, the necklace with the charm is perfectly placed in the middle of her neck. (00:09:39)
Continuity mistake: In the first scene he appears in, R7-A7 has his normal white, green and red plating. In the second scene, he's changed colour to orange and black. (00:20:17)
Piano Man - November 10, 1985 - S3-E15
Continuity mistake: The old Ford pickup Sam steals to chase them is noticeably different than the one we see being driven later, including the front end, side, and roof damage, different side mirror type, no antenna on driven truck, and a different license plate number. (00:35:50)
