Continuity mistake: Rick is talking with Hershel in his kitchen and asks him to please not send Them out into the world again. Hershel is looking down at his sink from the side angle. When it cuts to a view from behind, he's suddenly looking up to the left out of the window, only to lower his head back down towards the sink again. (00:13:57)
Bloodletting - S2-E2
Continuity mistake: When T-Dog is telling Dale that all he found was ibuprofen and cigarettes, he is holding his hand up and they are both looking at each other. In the next shot, suddenly his arm is down and they are both looking forward. (00:22:44)
Continuity mistake: When Aaron and Daryl are stuck in the van surrounded by walkers, he lights up a cigarette with a yellow filter and it changes to a white filter as he starts smoking it.
Revealing mistake: Near the end of the show, while Rick is still in Atlanta (he is on a secondary paced road), you can see vehicular traffic moving on a bridge in the background.
Other mistake: When Gabriel is out by himself on the road and kills two walkers, he is wearing a white shirt. Blood is shown spattering everywhere, but his shirt remains spotless. (00:37:00 - 00:39:00)
Pretty Much Dead Already - S2-E7
Revealing mistake: When Shane lets loose on the gang at the barn about the two walkers Hershel and Rick just brought out from the woods, he fires several shots into the female walker's torso, as he screams at Rick about them not being human. Then subsequently fires two shots at her head. Yet she is still moving when she should have dropped. As ANY blow to the brain kills instantly. But she doesn't drop until Shane dramatically moves right up to her and shoots her in the forehead.
Suggested correction: Those two shots were actually into the torso. He fired three into the torso, paused, two more into the heart and lungs, paused, then two more into the torso before he put one in the head.
Continuity mistake: As the scene opens on the rooftop with Daryl, T-Dog, Rick, and Glenn observing the area that Merle had been handcuffed to the pipe, blood splatter magically appears around the severed hand when it wasn't there at the end of the previous episode. (00:05:10)
Continuity mistake: Gabriel burns his collar while eating at the side of the road, however when trying to stop the barn doors opening in The Storm it is back again.
Chokepoint - S9-E13
Audio problem: Lydia is hammering a nail in a board trying to barricade a door. The sound of the hammer hitting the nail is slightly off.
Visible crew/equipment: When Rick hugs his family, a crew member can be seen filming over the red car. (00:10:40)
Revealing mistake: As the first gunman is shot in the chest you can see the square patch from the blood pack. (00:11:20)
Continuity mistake: When driving to the pursuit, the cop in the passenger seat is putting his first glove on. Camera changes and now he has both gloves on. (00:08:25)
Continuity mistake: During a fight with Gregory, Maggie's right cheek gets cut and blood runs down her neck, but the next day talking to Rick her right cheek shows no sign of ever being cut.
Continuity mistake: Maggie comes over to Rick's porch to chat about the group not being whole. When she arrives the sun is going down. She even says something about putting kids to bed. Near the end of the scene there is a closer shot of her and it is afternoon.
