Revealing mistake: Carl is walking toward a walker embedded to a tree. In the background there's a female walker wearing a distressed white dress with long black hair and a bear trap caught on her leg, standing in the back waiting for her scene to walk out. (00:22:30)
The Day Will Come When You Won't Be - S7-E1
Revealing mistake: When they pick up Glenn's body, for a brief moment, you can see his head is fully intact.
Pretty Much Dead Already - S2-E7
Revealing mistake: Dale threatens to shoot Shane, and Shane walks right up to him until the barrel of Dale's rifle is against his chest. Just before Shane walks up to him, you can see the imprint of the rifle muzzle on Shane's shirt from an earlier take. (00:32:50)
Other mistake: Eric gets shot while fighting with a group against the Saviors. Aaron carries him to a tree and leaves him so he can continue fighting. When Aaron comes back to check on him, Eric is gone and the gun is left behind. Aaron yells his own name instead of Eric's name. (00:33:30)
Suggested correction: He screams Eric, it just sounds a little odd so the subtitles got it wrong.
Continuity mistake: When Rick, Carl, and Michonne are leaving King County (Rick's home), they must travel around a wreck involving two cars and an overturned RV. They drive along one side of the road. When the camera angle changes, they are on the opposite side of the road going the other way. (00:41:30)
Visible crew/equipment: Andrea and the crowd are at Woodbury main gate arguing, when they hear a woman, closely followed by a man screaming up the street. Andrea and a lookout start to run up the road, where there is a woman running down the road. A sound-man in white shorts and red shirt, holding an overhead boom mic, is visible as he starts to jog down the street, tracking the woman as she moves towards them. (00:20:55)
Plot hole: Diana in her final scene is seen shooting her last bullets at the walkers that are offscreen, moving toward her, so suicide was not an option, meaning the walkers would have eaten her until she died, becoming a walker. And yet her body is completely clean when her son and Michone discover her in walker form. Blood free (even on her clothes) and fully intact, no chunks of her missing, no bite marks.
Character mistake: At the very end of the episode Tara tells Glenn that her sister and nephew were not supposed to be there. Tara had a niece not a nephew.
Continuity mistake: When the sodas are retrieved from the cool box there are 6 cans, but when the angle changes there are only 4.
Beside the Dying Fire - S2-E13
Continuity mistake: When the farm is overrun, the tires on Daryl's motorcycle are offroad tires. Later in the episode however, these tires change magically to smoother street tires. (00:15:35 - 00:28:40)
What Happened and What's Going On - S5-E9
Continuity mistake: Tyreese, Noah, Rick, Glenn and Michonne all go to see Noah's old base in search of his family. Tyreese gets bit, and they begin to run back to the car. Except for one tiny clip, Daryl is running alongside them, even though he was with the other half of the group. (00:33:15 - 00:33:40)
Chupacabra - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: Daryl ripped off his shirt to wrap around his wound, and was left in only his vest. Except, a shot later, he's seen wearing his shirt again, cutting off the walker's ears. (00:25:30)
Revealing mistake: Near the end of the show, while Rick is still in Atlanta (he is on a secondary paced road), you can see vehicular traffic moving on a bridge in the background.
Continuity mistake: The stinger is deployed and is seen. Camera changes into the car and the stinger has vanished from the road. (00:09:20)
Other mistake: Straight after Carol and Mika find some houses and are leading Tyreese, Lizzie and (supposedly) Judith to them, Judith is missing throughout the entire scene. No one appears to be holding her or even bothered by the fact that she isn't there. Then she's back again in the next scene.
Suggested correction: Judith was in the baby carrier on Tyreese's back.
Revealing mistake: After Andrea avoids the truck on the road, she is attacked in the woods by some walkers and pinned to a tree. After breaking free, she goes to stab a woman on the ground with her knife. But as she goes to strike, you can see the actress slowing her strike down "pulling the punch" and gently resting the blade on the walker's head instead of actually striking. (00:20:41)
Continuity mistake: After they steal the car with the alarm blaring, there is a shot of the white van turning left down a road. It has just rained but the road is bone dry. A shot later there is water on the road.
Walk with Me - S3-E3
Character mistake: When Andrea asks the Governor his real name, a young girl in pink shirt is walking like a "walker" and abruptly shifts to normal gait.
Suggested correction: She was never walking like a "walker." She was wondering around like many of the other extras. She looks like she was waiting for her family and when the boys approach, she stops wondering around and walks towards wherever they live.
