What He Beheld (2) - S1-E9

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Derek shows John his past self playing baseball with Kyle Reese, Derek hits the ball towards John, John picks it up and then gives it to Kyle. As Derek hits the ball towards John, he is holding the bat at an upwards angle towards the right. But in the next shot of him, he is holding the bat at a downwards angle towards the left. The ball also travels in the opposite direction to what it did previously.

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: As the FBI agent shows his ID to Dixon, it is in his right hand, the badge end up. He holds a folder in his left hand. The camera cuts away for just a moment, then returns to show the ID in his left hand, badge to the right, and the folder is in his right hand, all without enough time to make the switches. Continuity mistake: As Cromartie is approaching the Dyson home, he carries an automatic rifle with his right arm. As he makes a turn toward the left, he lowers the rifle down to his side, pointing it at the ground. He hears a car start and an instant camera angle change shows the rifle is still pointed forward and upward, not down, with no time for the change. (00:32:55)

Queen's Gambit - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: As Cameron is questioned about the girl that commited suicide, the interviewer holds a photo of one of the mostly-black posters. When we see his view of the photo, the white letters spell 'DAN', but before and after that shot, when we see his face, we can see through the photo, and it only reads 'A', which is a different poster seen earlier in the same episode. Queen's Gambit - S1-E5

Character mistake: When Dixon arrives to find Derek lying on the table with a serious gunshot wound to the chest, he immediately begins giving Derek chest compressions - without doing even the most basic assessment of Deker's condition, verifying whether he is breathing or even has a pulse. Dixon is a trained Emergency Medical Technician, not a passing samaritan. His error is against the most basic rules of his profession. (00:40:10)

Revealing mistake: Look at Summer Glau's face when she jumps off the Jeep onto the black van and punches the windshield to throw the driver out - it isn't Summer Glau. It's her stunt double, Sonja Munsterman. It isn't even Lena Headey driving the Jeep or Thomas Dekker sitting in the back.

Gnothi Seauton - S1-E2

Other mistake: When the guy that has the Terminator's head confronts the Terminator who's wearing a helmet and Chet's jacket, there's a close up of the jacket, and we see the shirt buttoned up and you see the bottom part of the helmet. When he flips up the visor and the camera pans down, the shirt is now opened up to reveal the metal body with Chet's head just stuck on top of it. But we should have already seen the metal body in the first close up shot.
