Continuity: After she leaves the sanitarium, Elaine's long blonde hair is blowing wildly in the wind as she drives. In the next shot, with no time for her to have combed it, her hair is neatly coiffed again.
The House (series 1, episode 9)
Visible crew/equipment: When the Chrysler 300 convertible pulls up in front of the haunted house, the camera crew and several light panels are reflected in the car's door and side.
Lone Survivor (series 1, episode 14)
Continuity: When the ship's captain is questioning the survivor, the man is sitting up with the iron bedstead behind him. When the shot cuts, he's suddenly lying flat with his head on the pillow.
