Continuity mistake: In the previous episode, Miley passes her driving test as Hannah, meaning she's 16+. But then this episode, she says she will turn 21 in 6 years, meaning she's 15. She also says "I'll be driving soon" even though she already passed her test.
Continuity mistake: When Miley forgets her purse when she tries to go away because of her Dad, there is little popcorn and a cup next to the wall on the floor. When she tries to get her purse back, another cup and much more popcorn appears. (00:10:40)

Continuity mistake: When Jake is in Miley's house trying to get her back, one of the sides of the visor of his helmet goes from being attached to unattached then back again.
Continuity mistake: When Jackson is in his room, the cardboard cutout of him is on the floor. In the next shot, it's standing up behind the door and in the shot after that, it's back on the floor.
Continuity mistake: Lilly is shown in this episode as having a terrible voice, yet in "Get Down, Study-udy-udy," Lilly's singing voice is shown to be in tune.

Continuity mistake: When Hannah is trying the mousse for the first time, her spoon is clean in one shot. She then turns to the camera and her spoon has mousse on it. When she turns around for the second time, her spoon is clean again. (00:18:05)
Continuity mistake: After Oliver drops his popcorn bucket, the camera cuts to Robbie. It then cuts back to the cutout which everyone is hiding behind, and the bucket has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When they are behind the cutout while the man is looking at it, it is beside the poster for "The Mystery." In the next shot, the cutout is beside the poster for "Heartaches", and then it is back beside "The Mystery" poster.
Continuity mistake: When Miley is with Oliver on the beach, there is a black dot on her cheek, but after Oliver says "I still love you", we cut back to Miley and the black dot has gone.
Continuity mistake: When Oliver appears and is hanging from the limo roof, Lilly puts "Hannah's" hat on Miley's head and Miley's father has her wig. In the next shot she only has her wig on, but after Oliver asks why she kissed him, we cut back to Miley and she has both her wig and hat on.
Continuity mistake: When Oliver appears and starts to drop into the limo, Robbie pulls Hannah's wig and puts it under his right thigh, but in the next shot we see Lilly helping Hannah put on her wig from the opposite side.
Continuity mistake: When Hannah produces the liquorice gum to gross out Oliver, she takes a bite out of the gum and leaves half of the stick in her hand, but in the next shot she isn't holding any gum.
Continuity mistake: When Miley is in the limo for the first time, she puts on her seat belt and you can see it is over her shoulder, but when the camera cuts back to Lilly and Miley, the seat belt is beside Miley's shoulder.

Continuity mistake: During the interview with Colin, the glass of water on the desk next to Hannah keeps disappearing and reappearing between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Hannah is given the real bottle of perfume, she hands the fake bottle to Lola. When the camera cuts back to Hannah and Lola, Hannah is holding both the fake and real bottles and she gives the fake bottle to Lola for a second time.

Continuity mistake: When Miley comes into the house, she takes Robbie's ice-cream bowl and you can see that there is a bottle of whipped cream and chocolate sauce on the table. When Robbie and Jackson start singing, the whipped cream and chocolate sauce change places.
Answer: He falls and breaks the chair, landing on the deck.
