Nick of Time - S2-E7

The Trouble with Templeton - S2-E9

Continuity mistake: At Freddie's speakeasy, when Laura lifts Barney's script from the table, she begins to fan herself. In the wide shot, the script's titled top page with corner diagonal stripes is gripped under Laura's four fingers, with the blank back page at her thumb. It cuts to a close-up, and now the script is gripped in Laura's hand the opposite way, with the top page at her thumb (the back page is blank).

The Invaders - S2-E15

Continuity mistake: The laser burns on the back of the old woman's left hand disappear when the knife is slicing at her through the door. They return a few shots later, though. (00:10:30 - 00:17:30)

The Invaders - S2-E15

Continuity mistake: The flying saucer the old woman hacks to pieces with an axe is noticeably not the same one that lands in her attic in the beginning. A cruder version was built for the axing scene because the model used was a studio keepsake - the original spaceship from the classic sf film "Forbidden Planet." (00:23:00)

The Odyssey of Flight 33 - S2-E18

Continuity mistake: When the jet is preparing to land in 1939 New York City, the view of the crew from the back of the cabin forward shows the airliner captain wearing his headphones, but the next instant close up of him shows him not wearing the headphones.

A Hundred Yards over the Rim - S2-E23

Continuity mistake: When Joe (the diner owner) hands Christian Horn the glass of water, Horn grabs it by the base of the glass and drinks from it holding it the same way, almost to the last drop. The camera quickly switches the angle to show Horn finishing it close up, but this time he's holding it with his fingers wrapped around the glass. The camera switches the angle again as he's handing it back to Joe, once again holding it by the base.

The Passersby - S3-E4

A Game of Pool - S3-E5

Continuity mistake: When Fats makes his shot to set up the last ball for Jesse, the cue ball stops on the bumper side of the dot. When Jesse goes to take the shot, the cue ball is closer to the side pocket he's leaning over.

Movie Nut

The Grave - S3-E7

Continuity mistake: The events shown are supposed to take place at almost exactly midnight, yet when Conny goes to the graveyard the sky is bright and everything is well lit, much brighter than moonlight. Just as he enters the graveyard there is an abrupt change in lighting and the scene is suddenly much darker.

It's a Good Life - S3-E8

Continuity mistake: During the birthday party scene, as the close-ups and master shot are intercut, Anthony's hair changes back and forth from being combed straight forward to parted on the left and combed to the side. (00:15:10)

A Kind of a Stopwatch - S5-E4

Other mistake: When McNulty uses the stopwatch to rob a bank, he goes through a small wooden door and past the employees. With time frozen, the small door should have stayed open but immediately swings shut.

A Game of Pool - S3-E5

Trivia: Johnson's script originally featured an ending in which Jesse loses the game and yet finds himself still alive. Seeing this, Fats explains that he will die "as all second raters die: you'll be buried and forgotten without me touching you. If you'd beaten me, you'd have lived forever." This ending was eventually filmed when this episode was remade in 1989, during the first revival of The Twilight Zone.
