Sliders (1995) - 14 mistakes in entire show

Plot hole: In the episode where the Sliders go to the world where Quinn sees himself as a child attending his father's funeral, Quinn helps his young self deal with bullies. Quinn repeatedly mentions it was all happening exactly the way it did on Earth Prime. The flaw here is that in the series premiere episode, they showed a picture of Quinn, his mom and dad. Quinn was a teenager in that picture, not a kid. Therefore the events in the alternate world could not be happening the exact same way. And we know his mother never remarried and the man in the picture could not have been a stepfather because throughout the whole series they repeatedly show Quinn's father and he is the very same person in the picture.

Audio problem: When Rembrandt is walking down his steps to his car while singing the national anthem, the words don't match what his lips are doing.

Factual error: An early nuclear warhead would be totally inadequate for destroying an asteroid 10KM in diameter - you'd need a bomb roughly FIFTY THOUSAND times more powerful than the Project Trinity bomb.

Audio problem: After Arturo's campaign video, there's "Paid for by the committee to elect Maximillian Arturo for Mayor", but the narrator says something like "Paid for by the Arturo committee".

Continuity: Just before the friends slide, the door behind Rembrandt and Arturo alternates between open and closed between shots.

Continuity: As there are ten seconds left until the slide, the timer starts beeping. The beeping gets faster as the time counts down but it's one of the only times the timer beeps to signify that the Sliders' time is up.

Continuity: After Quinn bumps his head, he touches the wound with his left hand and his watch is turned around so the face looking inward. In the very next shot, from a different angle, he resumes touching his head but the watch has turned around to the standard position.

Revealing: When the nude lady closes the door, look closely - you can see the edge of her pink bra right under the bar.

Deliberate "mistake": When Quinn comes back to the hotel room with a large stack of money he'd won at the casino, he waves it, and you can see a 1-dollar bill in the middle. He was supposed to have over $100,000, but since the crew couldn't get that much money for a brief scene, they used a stack of dollar bills.

Other: The Sliders discover the reverse-time issue when they notice that the clock on the wall is backward. However, in other shots, clocks look normal. Look carefully at the clocks on the judge's desk as the camera pans by.

Other: According to reverse-time issue: In court, when Quinn looks at the clock on the wall, you can see that the clock still goes forward, despite of the anticlockwise indicators since the digits are inverted.

Deliberate "mistake": If time is, in fact, going backward, then people would be walking backward, all sound would be backward, etc.

Visible crew/equipment: When the Professor returns from the vortex and punches the guard, in the guard's glasses is the reflection a crew man holding a boom in his hands. Look closely in the right lens.

Continuity: The clock on Danielle's hospital room wall reads 11:40 a.m. when she's brought in. Seconds later when the nurse leads Rembrandt to a bed because he thinks he's going to give blood the clock on that wall reads 2:30 p.m.
