Continuity: Near the start of the show, Susan rushes into the ER with Chloe who is in labour. Carter is sitting behind the desk and he tips back, falls over, and takes his coffee down with him. Then he is suddenly standing there with a wheelchair for Chloe and he also hands Susan a mug of coffee from the counter, which somehow just appeared there. All this took place in 6 seconds, which couldn't have happened in real time.
