My Way or the Highway (season 1, episode 20)

Mistake Continuity: When JD and Cox are talking outside the staff room, just as Laverne walks past, the magazine Cox is holding switches from being held under his right arm to his left in an instant.

Mistake Continuity: The amount of bites out of Elliot's powdered doughnut changes back and forth between shots.

Mistake Continuity: When Elliot chases after Sean in the car park, for one shot her name tag is flipped up with the back showing, in all other shots it sits normally.

Mistake Continuity: When Dr Cox is trying to tell the nurses how to make coffee, between shots Laverne's purple shirt goes from wide open to mostly closed, and her stethoscope moves.

Mistake Continuity: In the first scene when JD is playing with the pin art, you can see that his eye sockets have made an impression in the pins. Cut to the close up, and the eye area is completely flat.
