Behold, a Distant Star - S2-E10

Factual error: After Super Skrull falls off the top of the Empire State Building, the slap of asphalt that the Fantastic Four were trapped on tips over, resulting in it and the heroes to fall to the ground as well. Reed uses his stretching powers to catch Super Skrull and then transform his body into a parachute in order to safely land, and Johnny uses his flight powers to hold onto Sue and Thing and slowly descend to the ground. Despite all this, the slab of asphalt doesn't crash to the ground until after everyone has landed safely, when it should have hit the ground long before they all landed. (00:11:57)

Inhumans Saga: Part 3: Beware the Hidden Land - S2-E4

Factual error: When the Seeker is telling the heroes the origin of the Inhumans, he tells them how Inhumans were early men who were experimented on by the Kree. When he mentions that the Inhumans' ancestors built the Great Refuge to safeguard themselves against ordinary humans, dinosaurs are visible outside the structure. Dinosaurs and man never coexisted. Man didn't appear on Earth until around 65 million years after the dinosaurs died out. (00:08:20 - 00:09:14)

Nightmare in Green - S2-E9

Answer: Gleaned from the Internet: Much of the negative reaction was due to the poor, simplistic, and outdated quality of the animation where the characters moved stiffly and clumsily through scenes. There were also some obvious animation compositing gaffs. The animation colors were also criticized as being overly bright and cheery and out of character to the established story's darker tone. The broad humor of the first season was replaced by a more mature narrative between the characters.
