Corrected entry: Eph states the wrong name for his son. Instead of saying Zach, he says Ben.
Correction: In what episode and in what scene? This is far too general a statement.
Continuity mistake: Fet is in the sewer looking for rats and encounters a group of infected. He is holding a handkerchief to his face with his left hand to mask the smell. He has his flashlight in his right hand, and pulls out an iron bar with his left. As the camera angle changes, his left hand is again covering his mouth with the handkerchief (no iron bar), then the angle changes again, and he's holding the iron bar again. (00:35:05)

Correction: Eph was shot in the right shoulder. When he is first seen self-treating his wound, he is looking in the mirror, and it is his reflection the audience sees, making it look like the wound is on the left side. Later, when he is seen normally, the wound is on the right side.
