After Reese blows the Terminator in half in the factory near the end, we see Sarah in a heap on the ground and chunks of endoskeleton (what looks like part of a leg) laying between her and the camera. The shot changes as she looks around. When the shot changes back to her (as she tries to move and discovers her leg injury) most of the endoskeleton chunks are gone - particularly the large one that was between her and the camera.
