Continuity mistake: When James phones Jack, who is at Tony's house with Audrey, Jack says they are at "21408, Kipling, North Hollywood". Later, when Secret Service arrives to pick up Audrey, Jack walks outside the house, where we see the house number is actually 21048. The same can be seen earlier when Tony, Audrey and Jack first arrive at the house, but not as close-up. (00:25:05 - 00:30:05)

Audio problem: When Jerry uses the elevator, the voice of the computer reads out the floors as "twenty-third floor, fourth floor, fifth floor" etc, missing out the "twenty-" prefix until the 29th floor. The DVD subtitles list these numbers with their prefix, so this was not intentional. (00:21:10)

Revealing mistake: While the computer is being infected with the virus, Peterson turns away from the screen to face Scully. Two seconds later, after the shot of Scully, the same shot is shown again but in reverse so that Peterson turns back to the screen. It's more obvious if you look at the weird way his eyes blink in the reversed shot. (00:39:50 - 00:41:32)

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Weir is about to show Adam the recording of Drucker's memory, we see him open the drive and put the disk in it; and then in the close-up shot, he does it again. (01:12:00)

Continuity mistake: When Tony locks down Tech One from his office, the CCTV screen he's watching shows the monitors in there displaying the "locked down" message moments before they actually change to the message in the next shot within Tech One. (00:36:40)

Day 3: 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: When Chase calls Chappelle from his car, his mobile shows the date and time "Sep 4. 03 (Thu) 2.15pm" rather than the actual time 06:09, which is displayed seconds later on screen. (00:09:10)

Visible crew/equipment: When Alberta is in holding room 2 with Tony, there is a camera visible to the left of the screen, behind Alberta. You can see it three times during their conversation. (00:21:50)

Revealing mistake: In the room where the intruder flips the main power switch, the light in that room starts to go off BEFORE he flips the switch and the indicator turns red. Watching the DVD in slow motion helps to notice this. (00:13:25)
