Continuity: In the shot near the end where you see Jack's family running away from the van, Kim is wearing sneakers. But until now, making abstraction of the other continuity error a few episodes earlier, she was wearing sandals. It can be seen in another scene afterward.

At the end of the episode Jack takes Kate out of CTU. When Tony tries to stop them, Jack throws him to the floor and he falls badly on his ankle. Tony spends the rest of the series on crutches. The reason for this is that Carlos Bernard who plays Tony broke his ankle playing basketball so the writers had to alter the script to take this into account. See more...

Continuity: Mike Novick and Senator Palmer are outside the car at Dr Ferragamo's office building when his office explodes. As they get back in the car, you can see over the shoulder of whichever gets into the rear, passenger-side. There is no one in the driver's seat, but when Palmer says, "Let's go," the car moves off immediately.
