Revealing mistake: While Jack is leaving The Apartment after giving Jerry The Pen, you can see they have put a fake background outside the front door. What's more it is not even that realistic. It looks like a forest with a river in the middle. The Seinfeld's Florida apartment is situated amongst many other apartments around it.

Revealing mistake: While Hayley is throwing up into the bin, you can hear the sound of it going into the bin. However, you can see nothing is actually going into the bin while she is doing it.

Revealing mistake: When Alan falls off the ladder you can see the ladder has been set up so it will fall back safely. As the ladder goes back towards the balcony rail, it hits the railing and bounces up. The bottom of the ladder, which is unseen, seems to be planted as it does not move during this. When Alan was climbing up and down the ladder, it wasn't secured with anything at the bottom. Thus the reason for him falling off the ladder. (00:03:35)

Revealing mistake: When Kelso hits Dr Hendrick's bike with his car at the end, you can tell it is not Kelso. While you can't make out his face, you can see that the man driving has dark black hair, while Kelso has light brown/grey hair.

The Bookstore - S9-E17

Revealing mistake: When Kramer at the start of the episode puts the hose on the kitchen tap, he jerks the hose as it's not long enough to reach The Fire. If you look at the sink when Kramer does this, it comes easily out of its position on the counter top.

Revealing mistake: Just before the T-1000 crashes the truck into the bridge and the following shot you can see briefly that it is a dummy in the drivers wheel. The most noticeable difference is the dummy has black hair compared to the T-1000's brown hair. (00:32:55)

Revealing mistake: As Ted is being burnt by the fire, you can see his body trapped underneath the debris. In a side shot of Ted it is very obviously a stunt dummy as the left arm and head stay completely still and the arm remains completely stiff despite hearing screams and shouts from the pain.

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Marge's coat pocket bursts open, the candy flows onto the floor. However if you look to the right of her some of the candy seems to almost float above the floor. The candy's direction is completely to the right but because of the floor being angled it spreads over one woman who is standing and there is nothing there to support the candy. (00:04:30)

Revealing mistake: After the buzzer goes on the final game and the crowd reacts one of the crowd members says "Tie Game.", then some woman in a red top says "What the Hell.". If you look at the woman when she moves her head you can see the nose on her face disappears. (00:19:55)

Revealing mistake: Towards the end of the film when the Yankees are trying to close out Game 6 of the World Series you can tell the "real" footage they use is not from the World Series. They are playing the Atlanta Braves in the World Series but you can see the Baltimore Orioles logo on the field in a number of shots.

Detour - S11-E21

Revealing mistake: During the scene where Frasier is dropping Charlotte off at the train station (the first time) you can see the background behind him shows that the car they are in is turning left. Yet we can see his hands on the top of the steering wheel and during this time he never turns the steering wheel.

Revealing mistake: When Franklin leaps out of the helicopter into the water, there is a shot from above that we see he is about to hit the water. To the left of him in the water you can see the water being split by a helicopter close to the water. The waves wouldn't have been created from the helicopter he just jumped out of because, a)The helicopter was too high up to make that sort of marking in the water and b)The waves are being made to the left of the helicopter. If it was the helicopter Franklin jumped from the markings on the water would have be directly below him or below the helicopter.

Revealing mistake: There is a large cut on the glass window prior to Liotta smashing it, to make it easier to break. The scratch was not there in the previous shots of them leaving the car. (01:03:05 - 01:28:50)

Revealing mistake: Just before the security guard smashes his car into the oncoming car, you can see he has been replaced by an stunt dummy. (00:09:25)

Revealing mistake: After the roof blows off the cabin, the hail starts falling inside the cabin. It is fairly obvious that the hail is just being poured onto the cabin. Its most noticeable just after the hail starts falling on the cabin, there is a shot taken from inside the cabin you can tell by the night sky and some of the trees outside that there is no hail in the distance.

Taking Liberties - S8-E5

Revealing mistake: After Niles tells in front of everyone at the party that he loves Daphne, you see Frasier in one shot standing near the guests by the front door. You can see the set wall ends above the fireplace and a black wall is behind it.

Ep. #209 - S2-E9

Revealing mistake: During the dinner scene where Dave is thinking about Arsenio Hall eating cheese, Arsenio starts complaining about how good the cheese is. After punching one guy, he goes up to another and slaps him in the face. When he slaps him you can see he misses the guy's face by a good inch or so.

Revealing mistake: Whilst Bourne is following the assassin and drinking his water, he passes some toy windmills. Just before passing them there is a group of people behind Bourne and you can see many are staring towards the camera. (00:11:25)

Old Glory - S4-E11

Revealing mistake: Whilst Bobby is reversing the truck before hitting the flagpole in Bill's yard we see the driveway in front of the truck. The very next shot shows Peggy from behind the truck instructing him how far to go to the flag pole and you can see they have used the same background as the shot before from the other angle. You can tell this as both shots are the same background as both angles despite from different viewpoints are exactly the same items and objects in both shots. Added to this there is a driveway in each shot, and Bill doesn't have 2 driveways in his backyard.

Revealing mistake: After Ace loses the guys in the car chase who kidnap Dan Marino, Ace goes hurtling through the park in his car and smashes through a picnic table. Just before his car flips you can see his windshield is smashed but no holes through it. As the car flips over the bush there is a sizeable hole in the windshield on the drivers side. Its likely the hole was for the stunt driver to look through on the flip. Ace in his car has to keep his head out the window to see anything in front of him (because of the smashed windshield). On the flip the guy has his head in the car. Later on the hole has fixed itself. We see this as Ace is driving Dan Marino to the Superbowl the windshield is still smashed but no hole and throughout the film its made very clear Ace doesn't have the money to fix it up at any point. (00:52:05)
