Continuity mistake: When Bob Parr goes to his boss' office to be told off, you can see the door in the background is closed. Bob gets up and walks toward the door which he has now supposedly opened. You never see it physically come into shot, but when Bob is told to close the door, the shot hasn't changed but you can now see the door in shot being closed, which means the door suddenly opened itself. The framing of the shot never changes, therefore we should have seen the door in shot.

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Incredible opens the window of the RV when the family are flying to the city to save it, you can see lots of paperwork flying about the cabin and exiting the now-open window. However, when the camera does the outside shot of the RV in flight, there's no paper.

Trivia: The "hidden Mickey" is revealed when Mr.Incredible first enters the cave where Gazerbeams body is. As he gets thrown into the air by the water, in the background the shape and gaps in rocks reveal the "hidden Mickey".
