Continuity mistake: Officer Jay Halstead shoots a suspect and jumps in to render first-aid. As he goes to render aid he tosses his police handheld radio. Shortly after, his partner calls him on the radio - he answers the call immediately and the radio is in his hand. He doesn't appear to reach for it and if he was rendering aid to gunshot victim he would need both hands. (00:19:00)

Continuity mistake: During the street scenes it appears to be fall with leaves on the ground, grass green and streets and sidewalks dry. However, when police raid the park worker's house there is snow on the house roof and on the ground. When the police stake out the same house, there is no snow on the house roof or ground. Factual error: While at the Port of Baltimore trying clear a horse Blake is on the phone with the Secretary and an Agriculture Inspector and a Customs Inspector are shown. The uniforms the inspectors are wearing haven't been used since March 2003 when they were different agencies. After March 2003 Agriculture and Customs Inspectors began working for the same agency US CBP and wearing the same uniform. (00:09:00)

Character mistake: S44/E80 Noah Newman works as a bartender, and while at Victor Newman's house says "let's show off some of those drink serving skills." While making a drink he pours straight vodka from the bottle into a martini glass and puts in olives and hands it to Abby to drink. As bartender Noah should know how to make a martini. He doesn't use any vermouth with the vodka and doesn't chill it first by shaking or stirring it before pouring it into the martini glass. (00:11:00)

Continuity mistake: When Bond shoots Mr. White in the leg at the end of the movie, Mr. White is standing on the side of his car between a large bush, a bench and a ground light. After he is shot and is crawling away, the car isn't in view. Based on where he was standing and shot the car should still be visible while he is crawling. (02:25:00)

Since Danny is in D.C., he would have been watching the game on WTBS TBS Superstation (an Atlanta TV station), and Jerry Coleman wouldn't have been announcing a San Diego Padres game on TBS.
