Continuity mistake: As there were two screen used models of the Enterprise, when the ship is seen flipping from one universe to the other and back, the nacelles of the Imperial Enterprise have the solid red fronts with what appear to be antennae.

The Trouble With Tribbles - S2-E15

Continuity mistake: Uhura's image on the conference viewer is of a close up on her face. When the camera looks at the screen, the image is of her head and upper torso. Likewise, when Fitzpatrick is on, first it's his head and torso, then it's only his head and shoulders.

Continuity mistake: As Ursa goes to sit at the table in town, she starts to put her elbow on the table. After the cut, she starts to do it again.

Continuity mistake: The kid fell backwards off the ledge and down toward the falls, but the distance shot he's face down rather than face up. It's also easy to see that it's a dummy because the hair color is different, as well as the body structure and limb movements are all wrong for a human.

Continuity mistake: After the Cosmonaut settles in front of Zod, there is nothing reflected in the visor if the helmet. A second later, after looking at Zod from the human's point of view, Zod and the moon buggy are reflected, even though the Cosmonaut didn't move the helmet.

Continuity mistake: In Fort Knox, the dirty bomb is set to explode in four minutes. During the sequence, the amount of time between shots of the timer is inconsistent. The total time from when the timer is started to the "007" timer gag is eight minutes and twenty-five seconds.

Continuity mistake: As the vault door closes the shadow of the running man can be seen at the door, which was still open enough to get through. Inside the vault, he just reaches it as it shuts.

Continuity mistake: As J flies backwards after the fish creature sneezes, he breaks through the plate glass window, and has the bottles in his hands. After the cut, he's just breaking the glass, and the bottles are missing from his hands.
