Hook (1991)

Continuity mistake: The lane switch on the overhead path is just off center so neither track is complete. As Peter begins to run, the piece is in place, presumably because Rufio came through, but there is no evidence of an automatic switching device.

Stalag 17 (1953)

Rebirth - S6-E1

Continuity mistake: As the power builds up in Bender, his left eye pops out, making him a cyclops, subsequently being eaten by the Cyclops eater. After the monster dies, Bender comes out, and has two eyes in the long shot, but puts his left eye back in the close up.

M*A*S*H (1972)

Continuity mistake: When Kirk goes to get the control pad, he slips down the broken catwalk. As he slides, you see his left leg bent under the right, and his foot at impossible angle. A second later, both legs are side by side.

Movie Nut

Continuity mistake: The knot in the rope holding Soren is toward the end of the rope. The knot slips out of the bracing, and the end of the rope goes over the side, meaning there's no help for Soren. A moment later, impossibly, that same knot catches in the same spot of the bracing, saving him.

Movie Nut

Continuity mistake: On the observatory, Data pops open a small panel on his arm to generate a magnetic field to open the hidden door. In the wide angle, his bared arm appears normal, too fast for the panel on his arm to close.

The Joker's Hard Times (2) - S2-E38

Continuity mistake: When the Joker directs Gordon and O'Hara to look at the statue of Justice, they look at it from a front view. But when Joker comes out of the Police building where he left them frozen, it's from behind the statue, rather than in front.
