Continuity mistake: When DeVries is speeding through the park, he drives over a small ramp. In the first shot, the pathway is perfectly clear, then in the next shot some debris and rubbish have appeared. There is also a green barrel that moves from the grass bank on his left to his right side. (00:04:45)

Continuity mistake: Shortly before DeVries encounters the police roadblock, he emerges over a hill, closely followed by two police cars. When the shot cuts to the roadblock then back to DeVries, no police cars are visible out his rear window. (00:06:45)

Continuity mistake: When DeVries is being chased by the cops, he passes some roadworks. At first there is only one wooden barrier in his way, with a workman about to position another one. The next shot shows two in place. DeVries appears to knock these over, but in the following shot he only hits one, with the other one transported to his left, ready for the cops to knock over. Continuity mistake: When the two cops pull the stripper over, their car stops in the middle of the road. When Beck and Gallagher pass them later, however, their car is closer to the pavement. Their car moves yet again when Beck looks back at them out of his window. Also notice that three headlights are now on, including one that the stripper blew out. (00:51:30)

Continuity mistake: When the Doctor and Peri first land on Androzani, mountains are seen in the background. They disappear when Peri picks up the silica. A couple of shots later, they're back. (This mistake was mentioned on the DVD commentary; the mountain effect was left out for financial reasons).

Continuity mistake: When Radl is sitting at his desk and the SS man enters, his cigarette is smoking in the ashtray. In the following shots, it's not smoking. (00:21:30)

Continuity mistake: When the first sterilisation unit is hunting for prey in the desert, it fires a few shells towards the destroyed caravan. Yet we never hear explosions or see any fireballs in the next shot. It also appears that the robot was firing at nothing. (00:16:05)

Continuity mistake: When Gunney fires the large cannon at the first sterilisation unit, from the frontal view it is obvious that the explosion has fallen well short of the robot. Yet from the side, it appears to have been a direct hit. (00:21:10)

Continuity mistake: When Natasha is shot by the robot, the shot travels right through her, like a normal bullet would. Yet in every other scene when the robots use their pulse cannons, including when Rasheed dies, the shot always causes an explosion. With Natasha, no explosion was seen or heard. (01:21:30)

Continuity mistake: When the sterilisation unit finds Nicholas in the desert, when he stands up and the robot is looking at him, there is a lot of debris around him. When he says 'cease operation' the debris disappears. The rock face behind him changes position as well. (00:16:35)

Continuity mistake: During the early train yard scene, the weather changes between light, heavy, and no snowfall, depending on the shot. This is especially noticeable when the SS chase the Jewish girl. (00:09:20)

Continuity mistake: When Steiner lifts up the Jewish girl, if you look closely, you can see the rear end of the train about 20 metres away. Yet somehow Steiner has time to ask her name, wish her good luck, set her down on one of the carriages and watch her get shot before the train fully passes him. The departing train also conveniently slows down for him to drop the girl. (00:12:20)

Continuity mistake: When Adam switches on the monitor to view Hector trapped in the lab, Hector is seen ripping a piece of the door off. Adam then asks Benson about emergency procedure. When the shot cuts back to the monitor, Hector is ripping the same piece off the door again; it's the same footage. Also, when the three humans force their way into the lab afterwards, the damage done to the door is not the same as they viewed on the monitor. (00:45:25)

Continuity mistake: When Fletcher takes his son to the office, they step out the lift and a woman in a purple suit is seen walking to the left. In the next shot, the same woman is walking to the right. (00:06:25)

Continuity mistake: When Greta is packing her belongings in a box, she grabs a glass ashtray from behind Fletcher. She puts it in the box, then decides not to pack it and lays it behind the box. When Fletcher says 'Greta, don't leave!' the ashtray is back in its original position. (00:44:10)

Continuity mistake: Just before Greta hands Fletcher his son's birthday present, the cup and saucer on her desk disappears and re-appears between shots. Her glasses and the gift to herself also change position. (00:07:45)

Continuity mistake: Just after Fletcher steals the yellow airfreshener from the car yard, he has his arms by his side. When the shot switches back to him, he has his arm on the counter. Considering that he was watching his car in such a shocked state, it's incredibly unlikely he would change to this position. (00:34:40)

Continuity mistake: Just before Fletcher steers his flight of stairs under the wing of the plane, there is a shot taken from underneath the wing of the plane and you can tell by looking at the runway markings that the plane is suddenly barely moving, it appears to be moving about 5 miles per hour compared to about 30 miles per hour in previous shots.
