Continuity mistake: After Mueller has caught Abdullah, Tintin shoots the lock off one of the cells and hides in it. When he is inside, the bullet damage from when he shot the lock is visible and is coloured green. A few shots later, the damage is suddenly beige and the same colour as the door. Then a few shots after that, the damage is suddenly green again. (00:37:25)

Land of Black Gold: Part 2 - S2-E11

Continuity mistake: After Thomson and Thompson have inadvertently taken the Formula 14, Tintin, Haddock and Abdullah approach them with Mueller. There are oil stains all over one of side of Mueller's jacket and no oil stains on the other side, but after Thompson tells Mueller to get in the car, there are oil stains all over the jacket. Continuity mistake: When Abdullah opens the cell door, Tintin runs in and grabs Abdullah leaving the door open by a few inches. The shot cuts to the guard that Tintin had knocked out, and the door, visible in the background, is suddenly open entirely. The door has also changed from being grey to beige. (00:36:05)

Continuity mistake: After Mueller's car has crashed and Abdullah asks for ice-cream, Mueller replies "Ice-cream?" and we can see his tie is unfastened. In the next shot, Mueller doesn't move, but when the shot cuts back, Mueller's tie is suddenly fastened completely. (00:39:50)

Continuity mistake: When the military police are looking through the detectives' bags, one of them finds a bag that Thomson and Thompson assume to be the secret documents. The man begins to shake it and diamonds fall out. In the first shot of the diamonds falling out, as the shot ends, two diamonds are in the man's hand, followed by a third diamond falling out. The shot cuts and there are suddenly five diamonds in the man's hand, followed by a sixth diamond that falls out. (00:08:15)

Continuity mistake: After Tintin realises he was right that the man was Mueller, the shot then pans back to Mueller looking at his face in a small mirror. When the shot stops panning, there is nothing reflected in Mueller's mirror. The shot changes to a close-up of the mirror and Mueller's reflection suddenly appears in the mirror. (00:13:55)

Continuity mistake: Tintin is waiting for his meeting with the Emir in the castle. In the first interior shot of the castle whilst Tintin is waiting, the handle on the left side of the door is slightly lower than the handle on the right of the door. A few moments after Tintin walks into the room, the door closes behind him and the two door handles are suddenly level with each other. (00:19:05)

Tintin and the Picaros: Part 1 - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: Whilst Tintin and Haddock are discussing how to escape the hotel, a record player is playing so no-one who is watching the conversation can hear them. When Pablo arrives with the drinks and sets them on the table, the record player is visible in the background and not moving, though the music is still heard. Pablo then goes to turn up the music, and the record player is suddenly moving again. (00:12:40)

Continuity mistake: When Tintin is speaking with the Speedol exec, there is a chart on the wall behind the exec. The last marked point is first located around a centimetre away from the nearest line on the chart. Two shots after this, the point is directly on the line on the chart. A further two shots after, the last marked point is suddenly back to where it was. (00:02:05)

Continuity mistake: Calculus walks into the apartment to talk with Tintin and Haddock. When he starts talking, his back is straight and sitting upwards. The shot cuts and he is suddenly sitting slightly forwards with his head also pointing forwards. Then in the following shot after that, he is suddenly sitting with his back straight and is sitting upwards again. (00:05:05)

Continuity mistake: When Calculus arrives at the docks to demonstrate the shark submarines, there are images of the submarines shown on each crate. There is no crease shown on the image on the top crate and there is a crease on the image on the bottom crate. A couple of seconds later, Haddock draws an X on the image shown on the top crate and the image shown on the top crate now suddenly has a crease on it. (00:06:50)

Continuity mistake: When Tintin and Haddock discover Calculus had been sleeping in one of the lifeboats, he wakes up and tells him he slept rather badly last night. Tintin and Haddock are standing beside each other, with Tintin partially behind Haddock. In the following shot where Haddock replies, Tintin has vanished from beside Haddock. (00:09:45)

Continuity mistake: Whilst Tintin, Haddock and the detectives are on their way back from Francis Haddock's island in the boat, there is a Sirius logo on the front of it. When the "shark" arrives later in the scene, there is a shot where Haddock says "Ten thousand thundering typhoons" and the Sirius logo has vanished. (00:12:15 - 00:12:50)
